He took the time to meet with several times to walk me through the process and pay close attention to my long list of must-haves. Given that it was my first home purchase, I was a bit indecisive and changed the criteria/ must-haves several times. Jorge had the patience to deal with my indecisiveness and easily adapt to changes.A couple of months after my initial conversation, I found the house I wanted and within my budget. At the time, I was working in Mexico City and so Jorge took care of all the initial home and terminate inspections, reports, and other paper work. Jorge made sure that my extensive traveling did not interfere with our aggressive deadline to close escrow, one month after initiating the process. We started the process in late January and was a home owner by February 24, 2012. Overall, Jorge made my first time buyer experience very painless and hassle-free. Since our initial contact Ive recommend Jorge to several friends and family. Two months after finding my house, he helped my brother-in-law and sister purchase their first house and is currently in the process of helping my parents find their second home. Its been pleasure to work with Jorge.
