ZillowVERIFIED5 stars I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jorge and the incredible service he provided as our realtor! From the very beginning all the way through closing, Jorge made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and much less stressful than I ever expected. He was always professional, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to answer every question I had. He truly took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process and always made me feel that my familys best interests were his priority. Our closing experience was absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful to Jorge for everything he did behind the scenes to make sure everything came together successfully. This was a very important and emotional purchase for me and my family, and having someone trustworthy and dependable by our side made such a difference. Jorge is not only an excellent realtor, but also someone who genuinely cares about his clients. His dedication, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Jorge, for helping my family reach such an important milestone and for making this experience so special. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want a realtor who will truly work for you, guide you, and be there from beginning to end, Jorge is the one. ! Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED The success of our condo purchase at The Plaza on Brickell is very much due to Jorges knowledge of the real state in that area, as well as his general knowledge of the business. He promptly answered our inquiries, followed up when needed, set up inspection , etc... He worked tirelessly and offered his guidance every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge Castaneda is beyond Amazing. He was actually my buyers realtor. But, I felt as he was mine. From day one Jorge was very polite, confident and very professional. I ended up calling him for every questions I had which he also had an answer for and guided me and helped me every step of the way until closing. Not, once did he not answer my calls, text questions etc. If I left a message he would get back to me at all times. I would recommend him at all times. So very helpful just the perfect realtor that makes you feel at ease. Sometimes the sale of a property can be a little stressful. But, Jorge made it all look positive and easy. Cant thank you enough again Jorge!!!! All Realtors should really be like! I was pleased with every second of doing business with you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge Castaneda by far has been the best realtor I have worked . I have worked with several others both buying and selling other homes before but with him I had the best service and experience of any others. First, I called him as he was referred to me by a friend that also used his services to sell his house and highly recommended him to me. Originally, I was thinking that I could ask 300k for the house. So we set the appointment to meet with him and when we did he showed us through an analysis he had done prior to our meeting how we could really price the house at 310k. Ten thousand over what I though I could ask for. My wife and I agreed and went ahead and asked him to move forward as quickly as possible since this house was empty and every month that past was really a drain in our finances. He took several pictures of the house and immediately got to work on it. By the next day he was calling me to tell me he was on his way to the house to make a professional video to be placed on their Facebook page and market the house. All I know is that within a couple of days after that we were already getting offers on the house. He was so good at marketing the house that he actually told me to hold of until the following Monday to decide on accepting any contracts because over the weekend he had scheduled multiple showing and he expected many more offers. By the next Monday we had several offers to choose from either at or above asking price. My wife and I decided to go with an offer that was at asking price 310K because we decided that it was the best and most likely to succeed. We accepted the offer with a closing date of 12/15 and we closed on 12/15. Look this is very simple without the professional expertise of Sharpline Realty, Inc. and most importantly Jorge Castaneda our realtor we couldn't have sold our house so quickly and for the amount of money we got for it. Mr. Castaneda was there for us the whole time. He dealt with everything. he took care of every detail all the way until the end. I was really impressed of the level of knowledge he has about the market and everything that is involved in successfully marketing a home to sell quickly and at the price you want. Sharpline Realty and Jorge Castaneda are my real estate company of choice so much so that my sister wants to sell her condo and I recommended Jorge to her. This is a true statement, I am not one to recommend many people and I am really tough to give any good reviews but I felt compelled to doing so in this case because they really did a excellent job and by far exceeded my wife's and I expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Jorge CastaA+-eda. He helped me more than I could have imagined and went far and beyond my expectations of a realtor. No other realtor put in as much work as he did and thanks to him we were able to purchase a house after years of trying with different Real Estate companies and realtors. I am very satisfied.
