GoogleReview Jorge, thank you. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. You really went above and beyond to make the sale happen on Rondel. You were very hands on. I haven't worked with other agents in a long time, but I don't think everyone provides the same expertise and help to their clients. I learned a thing or two from you about interior space design too. I would recommend you to my friends. Appreciate it my friend.

GoogleReview I found Agustin in the brokers to assist section of the 1st time buyer program information. I chose to call him and from the moment we started speaking, he was willing to assist me and very positive. This was last year. Life happened and I took a break from searching for a home. Agustin respectfully respected that and said not to worry, to call him when I was ready. Well, the beginning of this year, I had to be ready. I called Agustin, thinking he'd not be interested in speaking with me, but no! Agustin called me right back as he always did before and took me as his client, again. Agustin kept in touch with me daily, always answering my calls and questions, and returned my calls immediately. I built a very strong relationship with him. I've tried seeking out Real Estate Agents before but none ever panned out and none took the time to teach me and show me how I could own my own home. Even before when the prices were much cheaper and I could of qualified for a home by the Ocean. Well, I feel God put Agustin in my life as my Agent and Broker, to assist me this time to get my goal accomplished!! I'll always be very thankful to Agustin for making a huge difference in my life. Because of him, I now am a home/ mortgage owner!! I have and I will always recommend Agustin to assist anyone and everyone for their home buying and selling needs. He's a great person, very professional, and very kind! I sure am going to miss him now that he's accomplished the job!! Thank you, Agustin!! You're the VERY BEST!!!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we had been shopping and gave us an amazing recommendations on additional areas that we would not have considered if not for his expertise. ZillowVERIFIED Jorge helped us sell our current home and sucker our new build before even going into escrow. This expertise in the lending and real estate market really helped us get what we wanted. Cross referencing buyers was a big plus as we were looking for the strongest offer. We close fast on our old home and days after in our new build. With his personal experience in new build he was able to walk us through the process. Really looked at what builders had to offer compare to others. During our final walkthrough he spotted items that we missed and didnt think to look. All of that assured when we moved in everything would be ready! Thank you Jorge and team for all your assistant throughout the process. We even referred my sister to him and now she is in the process of moving into my new community. Thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge did an outstanding job balancing all our questions during a busy time in his life. His wife was expecting during the process and was due the week after we were suppose to close. Baby came early the week of closing and we still had a few items that were time sensitive. But Jorge found a way to keep everything moving so we wouldnt get delayed. His team did a great job in communicating and we were able to close earlier then expected. Thank you Jorge and wish your new family the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge was the best we could have hoped for out of an agent. He worked with us patiently to find a home we wanted to buy and visited many with us, answering all of the questions we had. As first time home buyers, we didnt know much, so Jorge walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood everything throughout. Jorge was very accommodating of our schedule and was overall a pleasure to work with.
