Had an great listing and several offers came in right away. We were a bit overwhelmed with so many offers, Jordan helped us to make an informed decision and feel confident. During the selling process there were a few issues the buyer had over repairs and Jordan was on top of it, helping us negotiate and reach a good deal with our buyer. ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a house can be a very stressful time but when Jordan Wuest is your agent it takes the stress level way down. He is extremely good at walking you through the whole process. His knowledge and know how can?t be beat. His advice is priceless!!! He has a great eye for detail. After the house had been FHA inspected we did another walk through and he found a major problem that the inspector had missed so the seller had to fix it. I give Jordan the highest of recommendations. You would be smart to use him as your agent. He is very easy to get a hold of and will walk you through the process. I will be using him again in the near future.
