I hadnt been pre-qualified or started any of the necessary processes. Jordan put me in touch with a lender and started me on my way. I was very intimidated by the amount of work I may have had to do on my own house in order to get it on the market, but Jordan came over to my place and gave me some practical ideas. She suggested basics that I needed to do in order to get the best price with a minimum of effort. Jordan connected me with a handyman who was able to complete a few minor jobs. Throughout the process she was supportive and used her knowledge about how to make my place aEURoeshowaEUR? in the best way possible. Shortly after I started working with Jordan, I found my dream home on Zillow. I texted her immediately and said, aEURoeI want this houseaEUR?. Jordan was able to quickly arrange for me to see it and it was as lovely in person as the photos online. She gave me explicit instructions on how to make an offer and added, aEURoejust trust meaEUR?. Out of 9 offers, the sellers chose mine! That was just the beginning, though. I had no clue what I was doing, so she scheduled the inspection for me. Everything Jordan did was timely and she took control (without being controlling) when I needed help. She was always a text or phone call away. While Jordan supported me through the process, she never interjected any demands. She offered information and her opinion while giving me space to make my own decisions. When I had questions as we waited for the closing, she acted as a liaison with the sellers agent to obtain information I needed about the house, like how much the average monthly electric bills were, etc. I know Zillow matched us randomly, but I couldnt have asked for a better representative than Jordan while I went through the process of selling my place and buying my adorable house where I am now happily settled.
