His energy experience, and professionalism as the listing agent for my mothers house resulted in a sold home with money in the bank in less than 1 month and we received nearly 6% over our asking price. Results, they speak for themselves.Jordan set the tone for our sale immediately. I contacted him in the morning and he met with me that afternoon. I could tell right away during the interview that he was excited to take on our project. The next day his team was out at the property preparing it for sale. There was some painting that needed done and some overall cleaning etc. Afterwards they brought in contemporary furniture and accents to really show off the place. By the open house the home looked fantastic!The first weekend brought in 6 offers. Jordans knowledge of the process, the financing types, closing times, various costs, etc was clearly demonstrated when he sat down with me and my mother and patiently explained all the pros and cons of each offer helping us to make the best decision on which offer to accept. During the whole process Jordan and his team were in constant contact with us via email, text and phone calls making sure we knew what to do when and how to accomplish the task. If ever there was ever a question or concern they wasted no time in replying to our needs as though we were their only client. I could not be more pleased with the results that Jordan and his team brought to me and my family. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who is looking for a truly energetic, experienced, and professional realtor who gets results.

From exploring neighborhoods to listing out our new home "must-have" and "nice-to-have" criteria, looking at homes and making an offer, Jordan ALWAYS had helpful things to say. He gave us great info but let us make our own decisions. It was a pleasure working with him on this major life event, he put us at ease and we're so please with the result! We especially found the online search platform helpful that he set up for us. It streamlined our search process and put the pertinent info front of mind for consideration. Jordan is very matter-of-fact and knows a ton about what makes a house a good home and value. He simply sees things that most people don't, things that could be a big deal and are worth taking into consideration when buying a house (e.g. It could be hard to fit a mattress up this staircase, you have potential to use or remodel this space in this type of way, you could add value by doing this, with this home you get X which will never change, etc.) He also saved us thousands of dollars in the negotiation phase of closing on our house, he is so smart and strategic in that area which we really appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Randy is one of the best agents we met when we started the intense buying/selling process in the busy 2016 market, and it was easy to pick him above others for a variety of reasons. Besides the fact that he's very accessible and very easy-going, he has a great background in construction that really helped us with very difficult decisions during a frenzied market. There were many instances where his extensive knowledge was KEY to a decision, and we look back and are not sure what we would have done without him. Besides the above, he really makes you feel like a unique, valued client, and not just a number in the real estate machine. His personal values really shine through in the level of service he provides; we really felt like he was ethical and someone we could trust, which is invaluable with such a huge transaction. Also, since your agent is someone you have to spend a fair amount of time with, it's a fantastic bonus that his personality is so pleasant and personable - he's definitely someone you enjoy spending time with, and he's extremely easy to talk to. He's also very reassuring (about a process that involves one of the biggest decisions you'll make in life). In a market where houses sometimes sold in less than 6 hours, Randy was always there to keep us optimistic. He let us know in a variety of ways that even though we were worried we wouldn't find the right house, he KNEW we could. It was relieving to hear. We also enjoyed the fact that he had such a great relationship with the rest of the team - whenever Randy wasn't available (which was rare), he left us in great hands. Jordan Schroeder showed us several homes and was just as personable and professional and knowledgeable - the hand off between the two of them was seamless. When you have a good relationship with your agent, it's one thing, but when you also see a great relationship between them and the rest of the team, it really shows. Last but not least, we were impressed with how organized and on top of things Randy was- he definitely has his own system down pat, and he definitely worked hard for us to get into homes as soon as possible (your only chance for success in a hot seller's market). We will hands down, definitely be working with Randy again in the very near future, and we've recommended him to some friends who are also about to start this same process. As long as Randy is in the business, we will always use him. All in all, an excellent experience.

I am not a first time buyer, but he was super knowledgable about the area and some details I may have missed that made the buying process easy 5 years ago. Most recently when selling, he was incredibly responsive, provided timely advice to best position the home for sale and through his advice, minor improvement suggestions and overall process including staging the home, it sold to meet and exceed both our price and timeline expectations. Many agents are good at selling their services but fall short on delivery, not Jordan.
