ZillowVERIFIEDI have bought and sold properties since 2003. I have worked with over 20 different realtors in that time, and have not been excited about any of those individuals except for one in Nome, AK. Jordan now makes two that I would highly recommend. He spent a significant amount of time running around for us since we were on a short timeline and could not be present for 90 percent of the showings. He quickly learned what we liked and did an excellent job finding us a house in a very difficult market. Even found us some extra money. He then helped my sister in law with her first home purchase. I would not hesitate to call on him again or Travis.
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan is great! It was our first time purchasing a home and Jordan made it easy! He explained the process of home buying before we even looked at our first house, he answered all our questions and provided examples of his experiences with his purchases. He went above and beyond for our needs and was persistent in helping us find the home we wanted. Even after we closed, he still is helping us with making our home feel like a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan is amazing! He was always willing to give his honest opinion and show us houses when we were available. One time that even meant waiting around for an hour because there wasnt a key to the door and we had to wait for someone else to bring the key.
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan is definitely a 5 star real estate agent: integrity, highly skilled, timely, successful and fun loving are qualities that made him a great match for me as a real estate agent. I met Jordan in January of 2020 when he was hosting an open house. I walked away that day knowing I had found my real estate agent because his personal integrity, his deep enjoyment of real estate and his regard for people were striking characteristics. Jordan helped me get up to speed on properties in my price range. Jordan was vested in finding me a house that was a solid safe investment. The day my house came on the market we both knew that it not only met my specifications it also had great value. Jordan immediately got me a showing on the first day and crafted a solid offer that was accepted. In a tight housing market it was crucial to have an agent that was on top of all aspects of the real estate process. The end result is that my house is a solid investment and a wonderful cozy home that is well suited to me.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I decided to buy a house in 2019. Jordan was an amazing realtor. We sent him list of houses we wanted to see and he got so familiar with our likes, dislike or wants that he could tell me before we walked into a house if I was going to like it. He was always spot on. He was willing to meet on weekends and evenings if something good hit the market. I feel like his only goal was to make sure we found the most perfect house. He really cares about his clients and it shows.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do we beginaEUR|.? We bought our house remotely from North Carolina. Jordan held our hands every step of the way. He found homes for us to look at, would get in to take a video, and then wait for us to check it out and ask questions. I found a house online and he went out to see it. He took a video, told us we didnt want to move there because it was next to a scrap yard. So thankful. We had a horrible loan officer and we would be tearing our hair out at her inability to make contact with us, but Jordan always kept his cool and told us not to worry and that it would be OK. He was so right. Weve been in our home nearly a year now and we love it. After a month of living here we had a problem with our key and I contacted Jordan because I didnt know who else to call. He fixed the issue the next day. He was put on our journey for a reason and we are so thankful to be blessed with him in our house purchase. Above and beyond.
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Jordan while I was at work, we clicked because he was a veteran and we began talking about our experience. I mentioned I was interested in looking at some homes and he gave me his number. A couple of months went by before I reached out. What I really appreciate about Jordan is that he was patient with us, he took his role as our realtor very seriously and found us homes with everything we were looking for. He is super funny, down to earth and overall the BEST Realtor I have ever met. I have been recommending him to friends and family but also plan to use him in the future myself. Thank you for all of your help Jordan, Haley and I really appreciate you!
ZillowVERIFIED10/10 would recommend Jordan as a realtor. He was endlessly patient as we dragged him to house after house from Anchorage to Wasilla. He made the daunting task of buying a first house surprisingly easy (and sometimes even fun!) and even more importantly, helped us steer clear of a lot of land mines disguised as houses. He is professional, efficient, and shares his expertise and observations freely. Ive been in the house we picked out for over a year now, and I am still as happy with it as the day we got it. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him, and he is my number one choice the next time I need a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan is awesome. We were in a position where we had to buy in the middle of the pandemic and could not travel in to even see the houses we were interested in. He helped us every step of the way, and even though we bought a house without even seeing it in person we fully trusted Jordan to help us make a good decision. With his help everything went smoothly and he helped us negotiate a great deal. We are so thankful for his help and service.
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan made the experience of buying our first home very easy , always made us feel like we were his number one clients, he was always so easy to talk to and made us feel relaxed and always answered all of our questions .
ZillowVERIFIEDJordan went above and beyond our expectations, even through all the uncertainty of the Covid pandemic. Through every inevitable bump in the road with the sale of our home, he was on top of things and taking care of business. When we were ready to purchase, he knew exactly what we were looking for and found it! We couldnt be happier. Jordan has our highest recommendation.
