Jordan really listened to both of us on our wishes and non-negotiables, and really studied us to understand how we tick. She is well networked and knew the areas we were interested in, even identifying others nearby meeting our criteria that we didn't know existed. As a result, she found us the perfect house that met all of our needs (space, style, layout, school district/schools, commute needs, neighborhood amenities, etc...) and most of our wish list! And she negotiated an excellent price for us that was better than we could have ever hoped! Jordan is family now for us and the only realtor for us!
