Showed me several properties and knew the market well. regularly sent me new updates about new properties coming on the market and went with to the ones that I thought were promising. Has a nice Australian accent. we looked in Cobble hill, Carroll gardens, Fort green, prospect heights , Clinton hill, park slope and Boerum hill. Even when going through a personal loss he was always attentive and never failed to respond.

He was strategic in finding the right pricing and the right timing and ultimately it paid off! I think Jordan's biggest assets are that he knows North Brooklyn (partially because he lives there), he is realistic about what he can and will do, and he keeps a level head for the duration (which is something many other brokers clearly don't do - I've seen other brokers talk their clients into lower selling prices just to get deals done quickly). If you're looking for a broker who can get you a record price for your listing, he's your man. Just trust him and let him do his job. It WILL pay off.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan distinguished himself early on by being willing to spend vast amounts of time exlpaining the arcane details of the homebuying process to my wife and me, especially in relation to the relatively small amount we were spending for a home. Jordan quickly became the "go to", for his quickness of response and willingness to marshall other members of the "team" on our behalf. I suspect Jordan spent many hours doing things for us that weren't strictly his job, and that's representative of his whole approach to clients - get them through the process start-to-finish with a minimum of hassle and anxiety.It didn't excape my notice that Jordan authors a blog about real estate, and a casual read is all it takes to see that he's in it for far more than the money. Nay, Jordan has a deep and abiding love of the minutaie of homebuying - from neighborhoods and markets to architecture and interior design.Because of his patience, willingness to explain (over and over), and his love of educating clients about homebuying, Jordan is an especially good choice for *first time* homebuyers. If you're thinking about "going it alone" and negotiating with sellers' brokers, sponsor's attorneys, and the bank single-handedly, at least give Jordan a call first and let him explain what he can do for you. Extremely glad I did.
