We were referred to Jordan Lee from a co-worker. We made our initial phone call to Jordan and told him the type of home we were looking for. We then set up a meet and greet, not only to establish a rapport with him but to also determine if he was listening to what we were asking for. The date to meet was set and he had all of his notes with him from our phone conversation along with a list of homes to visit. As we began to visit homes from the list he created, Jordan very quickly determined our likes and dislikes. This helped reduce the amount of time we spent looking at homes because he quickly learned exactly what our likes and dislikes were. At no time did we ever feel rushed. Jordan took his time and spent the day with us going over all of the pros and cons of the homes we saw. Once we decided on a home, we asked to see it one more time the following day. Without hesitation, Jordan agreed to meet us the following morning. We met and viewed the home one more time. We then decided to make an offer and sat together and determined what the best offer would be given that an offer had already been made by another couple. After a few minutes of deliberation, we agreed on an offer and it was accepted. Had it not been for Jordan's expertise in this field, we would not be in the home we are in today.
