Jordan was positive and upbeat throughout process. It was a complicated due to damage to property and tjat I was doing this from the West Coast. He is very knowledgeable about local resources to prepare for sale. It sold in 4 days at the asking price which was unexpected. Great to work with. Would definitely work with him again.
