ReviewShe was an amazing human. It seemed like everything I needed in a realtor and mediator between all the entities. I'm amazed at skill and resolve on every point speedy to the point with relatable information given to me on the daily and unlike everybody else I'm super hard to deal with. In peoples eyes knowledgeable, intelligent, capable, and exceeded expectations in certain areas. I took a chance and won

Review Jordan Jankowski and the COMPASS team navigated this seller to safe harbor in 4 days and 6% over asking. It was smooth sailing. Within a day of contacting, Jordan made time in his schedule and sat down with us to review his company?s NAV Points and how we would get from seller to CLOSING DAY. Thanks, Jordan.

Review My wife and I couldn?t ask for a better realtor than Jordan. From day one, he was just a phone call or text message away anytime we needed him. He went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service while managing the property since my family moved out of the area. He gave us honest feedback when we asked for it but also the comforting support when we were stressed out with the process. You could not go wrong asking Jordan to represent you when either buying or selling a property in the Pittsburgh area.

Review If you need an excellent realtor Jordan Jankowski is the best of the best. We worked hand in hand with Jordan as we sold 2 homes and purchased our dream home. He was attentive, and very detail oriented. I without reservation give him the highest recommendation. The next time we need a realtor, we won?t consider anyone else.

Review Rachel is straightforward, personable, honest, responsive, and competent. I was impressed by her open and pleasant personality. She was completely disarming, genuine, and handled my first home-buyer naivety with grace and humor. Rachel worked as hard on my $112,000 listing as she would have if my budget was much higher. She and the Jordan Jankowski Berkshire Hathaway team provided a relaxed pressure-free atmosphere and handled the details in a seamless fashion.

Review I highly recommend using Jordan as your agent for all of your real estate needs. In the past 9 months, he has helped us sell our home, buy our dream home and lastly sell our rental property. Both of the homes we sold were under contract in less than 3 days. When you call or text him, he responds immediately. The entire process was smooth and stress free. If you want to buy or sell your home, you need to use Jordan Jankowski. He gets the job done!

Review This was our first time buying a house and we are so lucky to have found Jordan! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. He would point things out to us that we never would have though of, and he was good at letting us form our own opinion of each house instead of being pushy. He communicated with us right away on everything and hes very easy to talk to. He was able to show us houses quickly which was a benefit to us because of the market. When we did find the house we loved, he walked us through every step and gave us great advice on what to do. Hes checked in with us several times after everything was finalized, showing that he truly wants to help people be happy and find the right house! We highly recommend Jordan!

Review Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Explained things to me in a way I could understand and I really felt like she was on my side and not just trying to make a quick buck. Also very courteous and respectful. She answers her messages quickly and always makes sure I know whats going on every step of the way.

Review Jordan was very confident in his ability to sell my home quickly during the Winter which was contrary to what we heard from other realtors. He listed the home and we had 2 offers within a couple of weeks. He has a great work ethic and great connections in the South Hills which allowed for the sale to happen so quickly even during an ordinarily slow time. I highly recommend Jordan, we dont regret selecting him at all. He EXCEEDED our expectations and the quick sale allowed us to make a smooth transition to South Florida.

Review Jordan was incredibly helpful during the process of selling our current home and buying our next one. We needed things to happen fast, and he went out of his way to make it all work and made it as stress-free for us as possible! His advice was accurate and professional, but he managed to make it feel like it was coming from a friend. Wed had a bad experience buying a home in the past and were very nervous this time before we started working with Jordan, but he was able to guide us, answer all of our questions, and not pressure us into making any impulsive decisions or ones that we could later regret. While I hope to not need him again any time soon, should we find ourselves moving in the future I will definitely reach out to Jordan again!

Review Jordan works fast. Really fast. Got me a first day offer three grand over asking price. Was in constant contact throughout the entire process and I could always reach him when needed. Really knew my area (Baldwin/Whitehall) and what people were looking for. Just an all around class act. Will use him again for my next purchase.

Review Our entire process start to finish was perfect. Had multiple offers in 3 weeks, prices correct and closed 30 days later. Very responsive gave us many options and let us decide on everything. He also showed us many houses and most importantly he prescreened everyone and did not waste our time. He did not push any houses on us and he wanted to make sure we were happy with our choices!!!

Review Jordan was very helpful helping us find our new home. We recommend Jordan to help you find the home you have been looking for. Between my husbands schedule and his schedule it was somewhat difficult getting into the home to make the needed repairs for the sale but he was usually able to find another person to let us gain access into our new home. I would recommend Jordan Jankowski for those of you who are looking for your new home. Everything went well and smoothly!
