Anyone who has bought a house or is in the process of doing so is fully aware that the experience is frustrating and stressful under completely normal circumstances? Buying a house in 2021 however is on a different level of suck. Finding a house that stays on the market for more than a day or two is rare, and it can often seem like nothing is going to break your way. I say all this to fully explain just why you should choose Jordan to guide you through this journey... and it truly is the definition of a journey, one full of moments of euphoria when things are going well, and complete despair when it seems like everything may turn to ash, forcing you to start again from square one. First and foremost, Jordan is a tenacious negotiator. I gave her a number, I told her that number was firm, and that I didnt want to spend a penny more. When that number was 9K(!) less than the asking price of the house I was interested in, Instead of trying to talk me off that number, or explain to me why I wouldnt get the result I wanted, she said she was going to make it happen... and she did! She didnt take no for an answer, she didnt come back to me with excuses and a counter offer, She executed the plan I set out and got my house under contract at the price I wanted to pay as opposed to the price the seller wanted. To be blunt, negotiating in this manner literally took money out of her pocket and put it into mine. This is another reason I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a relator. She got into this business with a genuine desire to truly advocate for her clients, a quality that is very much missing from the process in general. This is my 3rd house buying experience, and along the way Ive come across relators, as well as loan officers who seemed to be much more interested in maximizing their bottom line first and foremost. Jordan is different... she is very up front about the fact that its her intention to help the little guy, providing an alternative to her cohorts, who may not share in that enthusiasm. Jordan is both no nonsense, and fully nonsense at the same time.. meaning that while she takes what she is doing very seriously, the absurdity of some of the hoop jumping that has to take place isnt lost on her, she has a great sense of humor, which is very much needed at times when those frustration and stress levels are through the roof. I can tell you that having a relator who is willing to laugh with you and make you feel at ease in these moments is invaluable. But as I said, when a tough, serious relator is what is required, she is able to take on that role without a hitch. If youre dealing with a seller that is difficult, or a listing agent who is not particularly good at their job and needs to be pushed, Jordan is the woman for you, She is motivated, and shes pushy (in the best way possible) quite simply she will run circles around them in your name, and she will put every ounce of energy into getting you into a house. I couldnt be happier with her performance, and It felt very comforting to know that she was in my corner.
