ZillowVERIFIED Jordan has been our go-to for purchases in the area. Jordan is very knowledgeable about the area, responsive and practical with his guidance. He was very patient with us as our last purchase was about finding the aEURoerightaEUR? beach house for us at this stage in life. He is confident through the purchase process and helped navigate us through a final offer round that felt stressful as we really wanted the propertyaEUR"and we got it!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan is just one of the good ones! In a sea of people that own a real estate license in this market, its a breath of fresh air to find a truly GREAT local agent that not only knows the market but knows how to get from contract to close for his client. My standards are high, being a realtor of 19 years in chicago and Jordan not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. If you need someone in NW Indiana, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, there was steep learning curve for my husband and me when it came to home shopping. Jordan came right alongside us to not only help, but also teach us along the way. He did a great job advising and educating us, while also empowering us to make decisions that aligned with our vision of our dream home. Jordan has great knowledge of the market and the real estate industry, as a whole. Never once did I feel like I was bothering him if I had to reach out with a question or request. I appreciate his willingness to effectively and efficiently communicate with us throughout the entire home-buying process. Purchasing a home can be stressful - working with Jordan allowed that level of stress to be immensely lessened. I would absolutely work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan's knowledge of the area and market is more than any other agent I have worked with. His expertise in his field goes well beyond his years of experience. His thoughtfulness in the emotion that is involved in a real estate transaction was evident in the time he gave and the patience he showed. In my most recent experience with Jordan, he represented both sides - which I am sure is challenging for any realtor. Jordan managed it with professionalism and immense integrity.Jordan is one of the very best in the area, without a doubt. I continue to pass his card along to anyone who needs an excellent realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan was great to work with and walked us through the whole process. We had never sold a house before and he was very helpful in his explanation of every step with recommendations on how to counteroffer and respond to requests from the buyer. Not to mention the house was only on the market for less than 60 days! We were able to obtain a great outcome in a very short amount of time. Thanks Jordan!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan is expert with the real estate sales process, he knows the markets, he understands trends in housing values, and he knows how to thread that very small needle to bring a buyer and seller together. In other words, he has all the competencies you may hope to find in a Real Estate sales professional. But what sets Jordan apart in a big way, and the reason I'm writing this review in the first place, is that the man should be awarded an honorary degree in psychology.I must admit, my wife and I did not make this deal easy on Jordan. Partly because we can be somewhat demanding ??, and because we were making up our own mind, and then unmaking it, several times throughout the process. Jordan has nerves of steel. He simply never got flustered. Instead he talked us through difficult decisions and provided guidance and never pushed.Jordan has my own high regards and highest rating. Seek him out. He is excellent.

Both my partner & I have worked throughout the years with several realtors, some acquaintances, some referrals. We found Jordan through Zillow and were impressed by all the positive reviews and his apparent knowledge of the area. ZillowVERIFIED Jordan is the best realtor we've ever worked with! Our sale had many complications and he took it all in stride and we kept our closing date with very little effort on our part. We had another realtor for nearly 6 months with no effort on her part and no movement on our house. He sold our house in 2 weeks and knew exactly what needed to be done to secure a sale. My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about him. Thank you Jordan!

ZillowVERIFIED There are many options these days, which is why I went with Jordan since I have known him for a long time. He is a man of good character and he surpassed my expectations by far! I have been looking since 2016 for properties in Michigan City and Munster, Indiana. He has been so patient with me and has shown me a good number of properties. Every time he shows me a new place he walks up with a smile and all of the information that is available on the property. Throughout the time we have submitted a few offers, but did not succeed. This last November 2018, I found the exact property that I have been looking for, a townhouse in Munster. I called him on a Friday evening and he scheduled a showing right away. I saw it a second time, and that day we put in an offer. He worked diligently with me and the seller to come to a compromise. He was so supportive and answered every question that I had. This was my first time buying a home, and he made me feel so comfortable and guided me along the way. We closed on the house promptly and I will be in my new home by the first of the year. I cannot say enough how great Jordan is, he is dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, professional and most importantly honest. I would not hesitate to refer him to my family and friends. If you are looking for an agent, and want the best of care, he is your guy! I look forward to working with him on my next property!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan was incredible to work with every step of the way. In fact, we are only in our house because he strongly suggested we see it, even though I didn't want to because of the pictures on the listing. He thought it would be a good fit for us, and as soon as we walked in I knew he was right! Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable about the area since he grew up there, and is able to succinctly explain all of the nuances around beach access, septic tank laws, rental rights, etc. If we had a question, it always amazed me that he would have the answer immediately (i.e. how many sq. feet is the land? How much earnest money are they asking? What is your estimate for a basement renovation?) - and the best part is that even though he knows everything, he's never condescending and keeps the mood light and fun. Jordan is so fantastic at his job, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Jordan to represent us in the purchase of a Long Beach, IN home. Several of our friends had worked with him prior - and he came highly recommended. Jordan made us immediately feel that he was the expert in the market and that he would absolutely help guide us to a home that fit our needs while ensuring that we were making a sound investment. We spent 3 months, side by side, combing the streets of Long Beach learning about home values and the community from someone who grew up in the community. His knowledge of each home, its past, its value is a resource that is unparalleled. When you hire Jordan you get more than an agent - you get an expert in the community.
