As a first-time home seller, he anticipated my questions before I could even ask them, and he explained the procedure in an easy-to-understand, comprehensive manner. He handled every single step before the condo was put on the market, including obtaining a cleaner, a painter, an HVAC specialist, a stager, and a contractor. I didnt have to worry about anything. And the results speak for themselves--it had two offers within 24 hours! Im sure that managing those details cannot be easy, in particular while working with multiple clients, but he made it seem as if it were no problem at all and that I was his only client. I felt very special. His communication skills are unparalleled--I could ask him any question, day or night, and he was available. He made helpful recommendations about changes that needed to be made to this vintage property to appeal to buyers and advised against other changes that would not help with the sale. Jordan identified a contractor and stayed in touch throughout the process to be sure that the project was to my satisfaction. Jordan arranged for cleaning, staging, expert photography which showed the property to its best advantage, and online listings. He was extremely helpful in advising on a sales price and provided the facts and comparisons needed for me to understand his rationale and make an informed decision. He has been available whenever I have needed him and has regularly communicated so that there were no surprises in the closing process. He worked well with the buyers' realtor to address issues related to the inspection and kept my additional costs to a minimum. I would gladly work with him again and I highly recommend him to others.

We would recommend him without hesitation (and have many times). We worked with Jordan in 2015 as we looked for our first home. We had endless questions and Jordan patiently walked us through the process. He showed us dozens of homes to help us narrow in on what we wanted so when the right property came along we were ready. In 2020, our growing family necessitated a bigger home and Jordan helped us navigate an incredibly competitive market during COVID. He set us up with the first viewing of a home we thought might be "the one" so we would have time to get a pre-inspection to put in the strongest possible offer. His advice was invaluable in having the best offer of seven without over paying. We love our new house and couldn't have been happier with Jordan's work. Jordan also helped us to sell our first house and end up with multiple offers above asking. He set us up with an affordable contractor to make cosmetic updates that paid for themselves many times over and oversaw the work since we had already moved out. We had never sold a home before and Jordan was just as helpful and knowledgeable through that process as when we worked with him buying a home. Again, we can't recommend Jordan enough and if your trying to find a good realtor in the DMV area then look no further!

I wanted to sell my house fairly quickly for an out of state move and the house needed some work before we could put it on the market. The idea was daunting but Jordan came to my house right away to offer guidance on the work to be done. He made a timeline and we had the house on the market ahead of schedule. From the day I first contacted Jordan inquiring about selling my home to the settlement was just around two months.
