I chose the Davis Team after having an initial discussion regarding the sale of my home as well as they were highly recommended by a friend who also had a positive experience with the Davis Team. I was very impressed with the Davis Team Sales Agent, Jordan Davis, preparedness for our initial meeting and walk through of my home as well as felt very comfortable with the proposed strategy to ensure high probability of selling my home within the period I had indicated I needed to sell in. The Davis Team were very responsive to any questions I had during the selling process and due to their team working seamlessly together, I was always able to reach out to someone on the team always. I like the fact that they handled everything from the open houses, negotiations for the sale of my home and ensured everything was accurate for the closing on the sale of my home and was in order. I also liked the fact that they have processes in place to ensure that as the sale of my home progressed, communication took place to keep me up to date as to where we were in the process.
