Jordan has been our rock through the good times and the bad. Somehow she stays incredibly positive and even-keeled while we rocket between highs to lows, and she's always working on a solution or going the extra mile to answer our questions. We have been really impressed with her above and beyond effort on selling our home especially. Whether it's the marketing materials, expert suggestions on staging or fixing up, and working the phones with prospective buyers, she is all-in, and it feels amazing to have a partner like that. Jordan was a good realtor and sold my property within a week after being listed. She is pleasant to work with and responds promptly to email. The only part about my experience in working with her that was not pleasant was at closing where there was some nontrivial miscommunication between what the buyers were told and what she told me regarding the installation of new garage doors. I remember specifically talking to her about it and asking her what the expectations were. But I was told not to worry about it since the property had already sold and that they had already signed a non-contingency document essentially buying the property as is. The buyers had the opposite impression and were expecting new garage doors to already be installed by closing. Suffice it to say, it was an uncomfortable discussion when the topic finally came up at closing which ultimately resulted in Jordan agreeing to cover the expense which came out of her bottom line. I interpreted this as an admission of error. Whether this was evidence of dishonesty on her part in order to make the numbers look good in the end, or just an honest mistake won't ever be known. She never mentioned anything about it nor apologized for it which I found curious. This is the only reason she did not get 5 stars.
