ZillowVERIFIED Sale of our Cudahy Home ? August 8, 2025 Jordan Bishop had done a very thorough step by step process to sell our Cudahy home. The market analysis was put together very carefully and a list price came back well above our expectation. Jordan had created the enthusiasm from the market by having 24 showings during the first three days. After the first weekend, we had 10 offer letters with all of them above our listing price. Jordan took over from here with his great negotiation skills and knowledge on how to close a good deal for us. He ended up having all contingencies, (appraisal, appraisal relief, inspection, inspection relief, radon test, home warranty, 7% interest rate cap removed) waived with the final accepted offer. The selling price of $434,000 along with no contingencies was the best we could ever have imagined. Jordan had checked in every Wednesday with a status update and asking if we had any questions. Jordan also would call or text me in between his busy week to answer any immediate concerns or questions we had. Jordan?s communication was ?best in class? during this 60-day closing period. At the closing, Jordan came to the Superior Title company in Wauwatosa to make sure that everything went as planned. All went well and it was a very easy closing process. My wife Penny and I would like to say? Thank You? to Jordan Bishop at Bishop Real Estate. We are very happy that we said ?Yes? to having you take our #1 equity and maximize the selling value of our home. With each house we looked at, he made sure we thought through what would make the house easy or difficult to re-sell. He knew what cracks in a foundation were fine and which were concerning. I could fill a whole review on this point, but youll see for yourself. As a first time home-buyer, I was always comforted by his knowledge of the process. He knows his part and everyone elses. It was so calming to have one point person to whom I could ask any question without worrying about the response being ask someone else. The handful of questions he didnt know off the top of his head were answered by the end of the day. This included reaching out to the builder to figure out specifically where we would be able to put a fence in the yard because he knew that having a fenced-in yard for our dogs was important to us. We didnt even have to ask! He was already on top of it. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

At the time we touched base with Jordan we were nowhere ready to start looking at homes/starting pre-approval process. Jordan would check in with us on a weekly basis while we waiting for our out of state home to sell. Once we were pre-approved we went home shopping next day in which we submitted offer.
