ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I contacted Jonna and she offered to show us several homes we were interested in seeing. The one we chose was the one where she was representing the seller. After spending several hours with her looking at these homes, we didn't feel we needed to get someone else to represent us. We felt she would have our best interests at heart as well as the sellers. This proved to be true. When we asked that some items be upgraded and repaired, she got them done quickly. However one repair was a leak in the ceiling. We were unsure if it was fixed so Jonna offered to set up and escrow to cover it and after we closed we soon discovered the problem remained. She immediately organized another larger repair. It cost more than what was in the escrow so she covered the balance. Making sure we bought a house in good repair was obviously important to Jonna. She goes the extra step to be sure things are right for everyone. I would highly recommend her to sellers or buyers.
