ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we first spoke with Joni she was available right away. Gave us confidence and a good feeling. Joni was experienced and very helpful getting our home ready to put on the market. Joni was always available and returned all our inquiries. If I were to buy or sell property in the Bitterroot Valley I would not hesitate in using Jonis services.

Then we started our lucky journey with her.?????? sweet great lady Joni Zinkovich.

ZillowVERIFIED Joni was referred to us by a satisfied family member, and now we know why! She was great to work with. She worked with our schedules to make sure we saw all the homes we wanted to, she was patient, and she helped us make a couple offers we were really happy with. She gave great advice, but gave us all the space we needed. I highly recommend Joni!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be happier with the way Joni handled her job. We interviewed her before choosing her. I had known of her because a friend was using her and I saw and heard from this friend how diligent she was. But the way she came prepared for the interview convinced me that this was a person who was a professional and would work for me. She was ahead of the game in every instance and constant communication was a real plus. She goes beyond what the job calls for. There is absolutely nothing she could have done better. In a classroom I would give her an A+.

ZillowVERIFIED Seven and a half years ago my wife and I bought our home using Joni Zinkovich as our realtor, and used her again to sell our home, recently. On both occasions she was outstanding in helping us choose a house to buy in Hamilton. We were first-time buyers, and she gave us excellent advice on making a decision as to the best house for us. She listened carefully to what we told her as to the kind of house we were looking for, and then showed us many houses that fitted our needs and that we could afford. On purchasing our new home, she guided us through the purchase process with patience and skill such that we felt completely comfortable. Even after the purchase she went to great lengths to ensure that we were on track for moving in, and arranged for helpers to assist us in unloading our truck. With the recent sale of our house, again, she carefully guided us through the selling process, giving welcome advice when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Joni Zinkovitch to anyone seeking a realtor. She is the very best.James Borland

ZillowVERIFIED Joni is the best! This is the second home she listed for me, both sold almost immediately. She spent time with me working on the listing to be sure both homes were accurately depicted. She has an extensive knowledge base and a huge network in the community, both very powerful powerful tools. Joni is an excellent negotiator and is very responsive! I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Did an excellent job. From the very beginning to after the sale of my home she was there for all facets. She really had my best interests. Was impressed with Joni's salesmanship from a home we were looking to buy earlier, which was why we hired her for the sale of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joni is the best real estate broker that I have ever worked with, and we are very glad that we selected Joni to represent us in the sale of our family home and property. Joni is professional, smart, diligent and persistent, diplomatic, reasonable, kind, well-connected, and she has good judgment. Joni would stay on top of what needed to be done to market or sell the property, ensure those things were addressed, and if she needed to jump-in to make sure something was taken care of then she did so without hesitation. Joni is a hands-on broker, actively managing the marketing and sale of a property; she is not a removed or passive broker. The sale of our home and property had a few unique aspects to it, which required patience, persistence and thoughtfulness in the marketing and sale of the property aEUR" Joni never lost interest or patience; she kept on top of the sale of our home and property through slow or fast, or complicated, periods in the process. Joni is very experienced and knows how to market a property and to make transactions work. Joni did whatever was necessary, many times behind the scenes, to ensure that the marketing or the sale of the property was happening as seamlessly as possible and progressing. Joni always maintained close communications and answered all of our questions, large or small. We really appreciated Jonis knowledge of the market in the Bitterroot Valley, and Jonis well-reasoned guidance on pricing and managing the marketing of the property as well as the transaction itself. Joni is very busy and carries a strong portfolio of properties and clients, which proved to be very valuable in finding that right buyer of our home and property. Our experience with Joni was very positive, I would say great under the circumstances of the sale of a unique home/property, and we would strongly recommend Joni for real estate brokerage services. ZillowVERIFIED When we met Joni she was very friendly and helpful. We were visiting the area and she took the time to show us the houses we bookmarked and others she thought we might like. We ran into an issue after the closing date that required a lot of time and effort on Joni's part. She didn't abandon us and worked to resolve the issue. We both would highly recommend Joni for her expertise and helpfulness in buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joni represented us in the sale of our home in Victor, MT. We interviewed a number of Realtors but Joni was by far the most impressive. He performance validated our first impression - she sold our home in only 29 days. She is a hands on salesperson who knows how to market and show a home to best advantage. Joni is a creative and seasoned negotiator who never gives up trying to make a deal and then follows through to solve potential problems prior to closing. Joni is the consummate real estate professional. We highly recommend her!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Joni 5 times over the past 10+ years. In the past we were always the Buyer and we have always been extremely happy with the work she has done for us. We recently sold a house with Joni and could not have been more pleased with the results. Of course, our expectations were very high based on our past relationship and this time was not a disappointment either. Joni gave us advice for staging the home, listed it and brought us a full price offers in 2 weeks. She gave us consistent updates and feedback from showings. She made sure she answered all of our questions and that we understood the process and next steps. Joni is extremely knowledgeable of the area, knows her business and is highly respected in the field. You will not be disappointed!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were immediately impressed with Joni! She quickly understood (a) what kind of house we were looking for, and (b) what we could afford. She also appreciated the fact that we were first-time buyers, and she discussed the process of buying a house, accordingly, explaining the process in easy-to-understand language. She offered us advice and was extremely patient in answering our many questions. As soon as we met her, she started to show us houses that she thought would suit us, and my wife and I were impressed at how well she had interpreted our needs. Once we had chosen the house we wished to buy, Joni handled the necessary arrangements and documentation that made the purchase straightforward and simple. We would not hesitate to use Joni, again, should we ever decide to move. Joni is not only an excellent realtor but also a very likeable and sincere person. I thoroughly recommend Joni Zinkovich!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were out of state buyers and met Joni through a listing on Zillow. I provided her with the dates of our home buying visit and she went to work. Joni is professional, very knowledgeable of the area, and researched properties before showings. She took the time to ask about our wants and needs and listened to our concerns. Joni maintained regular communication throughout our process and was always available to us. Once we found our dream home, she negotiated the terms and ensured a quick closing. We cannot begin to thank Joni Zinkovich for all of her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home.
