ZillowVERIFIEDJoneen was very patient, showing us many houses until we found exactly what we wanted. We absolutely love our new home and are so thankful that she was able to find the features we wanted with acerage and within our price range! She was very knowledgeable in all the processes and was able to give her personal insight on many matters which was very helpful. We then had her sell our previous home and were amazed when it sold in one day for over our asking price! We highly reccomend Joneen whether you are looking to buy or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt took us two years to find the right house but Jo was always willing to show us a property even when it seemed like we would never find one we liked.
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat communicator, she responded quickly to phone calls and texts. She guided me through the home buying process, which I appreciated as a first-time home buyer.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have had the pleasure to work with Jo not only as a buyer's agent, but also as a seller's agent. As a buyer's agent, she showed great professionalism and set up appointments to view homes in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to help us get the home of our dreams! As a seller's agent, she gave us great advice to make sure our home was ready for the open market. This resulted in an accepted offer within 8 days of our listing. We are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with Jo and would recommend her to anyone buying and/or selling their home!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are so glad Jo was our realtor. Everything we needed to know she was right there. She really knows her stuff and helped us through the difficult process of buying a home. She often had some important things to point out helping us so we could make a good informed decision. It's important to have a good real estate agent. Thanks Jo!
