ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a first-time homebuyer is a very exciting process, also ridden with anxiety and many questions. Julie and her team at Templeton Real Estate Group made our journey smooth. From the first showing of our home, Julie showed great knowledge from a market analysis to our basic questions. She thoroughly answered our questions. Throughout the waiting period Julie was prompt with responding to our questions and always kept a great line of communication. The team at the Templeton Office were very organized giving us a drafted timeline, to do list, and a resource list. Julie and the Templeton team were a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Overall had a good experience with Templeton Group. I would have liked working with my realtor more one on one rather than a colleague, but nice group to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house from out of State is much harder than buying locally, but Templeton Real Estate Group made this process much easier and helped us to find our dream home nestled in the woods, on the lake in Georgia, VT. Our realtor helped us to expand our horizons to other towns meeting our initial criteria through local knowledge and by the time we went to visit houses had a thoughtful map laid out with extra bits of info on which could be more heavily negotiated on price than others. They also really helped us get to closing in a tight timeline to meet our desired move-in date, which we probably could not have done on our own.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers and Jonathon was an absolute excellent realtor for us. Jonathon worked with us on finding something that fit our budget and as soon as homes came on the market he would send them to us for review. In the end we found the home of our dreams and when we time comes for an upgrade we'll be back with Templeton Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Jon to sell and buy multiple times over the past few years. Each time he has been extremely knowledgeable, always responds quickly, and goes the extra mile to close the deal. Jon and his team at Templeton Real Estate are great at marketing and know how to get quick results. We can't say enough great things about Jon and highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Jonathon both in buying and selling my home. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy in the information and feedback he gives. Both him and his team were very responsive and there to help when I couldn't be at my home to let contractors in for those last minute fixes. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and a quick turn around time!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathon was joy to work with. He started with our 1st approval, a tight budget and he still took us to many places and gave us 100% his honest opinion. We really appreciated the honesty rather than the rush to buy a home. We then redid our approval and we got a much better budget which made it much easier to find homes we liked. Jonathan took us to few homes a day and gave his honest opinions. He often asked the seller any questions we had. And when life got hectic, Jonathon still kept in touch at all times and sent one of his bests, Matt to help. Matt was also joy to work with. They helped us land a home we now call ours and we are so happy and would highly recommend Jonathon and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathon was very easy to work with throughout the buying and selling process. He was easily accessible and answered any questions/messages immediately. He made the process of buying a house stress free, as well as selling a home. The listing he created for my home was perfect and had high quality photos to really show the location. My house was put under contract in just one day! In regards to the buying process, Jonathon was willing to communicate with the builder and anyone necessary to get the job done. Overall my experience with Jonathon was a great one and I would definitely recommend him and his team next time you are searching for a home or selling one!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Jonathon from my wife's co-worker who had used him as their realtor to purchase a home. He seemed shy at first, but this was definitely not the case through the process. Jon was a pleasure to deal with and was always very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. He was relaxed and not super pushy or aggressive. He had our best interest in mind, and was respectful of my budget. He stayed on top of things, and kept the process moving. He is very knowledgeable in many facets, and was by far the easiest realtor I have dealt with. I was very impressed with Jon overall and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon was extremely professional. He understood our needs and was determined to assist us in getting the house we were looking for! I was very impressed with Jon's communication skills. I would not buy another home without Jon's assistance! Our second experience with Jon was even better than the last, Jon helped us both sell our home & purchase a new home. In order to purchase the home we wanted we were forced to deal the most rude & nasty sellers ever but Jon maintained his professionalism and got us thru a very difficult purchase. We would never do a purchase or sale without using Jon & his Team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathon was a pleasure to work with. Quick to return my calls and always available to show us homes. In three weeks, we had our dream home and our house at the time (which was not on the market or even market ready) under contract. In today's market, that is remarkable. My husband and I are very impressed with Jonathon and the rest of the crew at Keller Williams and recommend them to anyone looking to sell, buy or both. There is a lot of energy on that team, which helps get the job done.
