ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of working with Jonathan while searching for a second home for my parents in the Redondo Beach area, and let me just sayaEUR"Jonathan is a rockstar! From the moment we started, he was patient, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He took the time to understand what my parents needed, which was no small task (you know how it is when youre trying to please two people with different tastes!). But seriously, Jonathan really went above and beyond. If you want someone whos not only professional and skilled but also knows how to keep things light and fun during what could be a stressful process, Jonathan Schultz is your person. We enjoyed working with him and look forward to partnering with him in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDAshley Novak and Jonathan Schultz did an amazing job finding me and my wife a new home in Torrance. I accepted a job offer in El Segundo, so my wife and I moved to the South Bay area from San Diego. We found Ashley and Jonathan via their Youtube channel and decided to meet with them based on their presentation of their knowledge of the area and ideas about the market. Our experiences working with past agents told us that they would be a good fit for what we were looking for. They listened to our needs and worked hard to find us an amazing home at an amazing price. They were very responsive, regularly available to answer our questions, and provided outstanding expertise. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing agents.
