ZillowVERIFIEDI was in the midst of purchasing my first home aEUR" a single family in Scotch Plains, when my brother recommended Jonathan Cardona. The original mortgage broker I was working with failed to come through at the last minute, with less than three weeks before my closing of contract with the sellers expired. In this short amount of time, Jonathan stepped in and was able to not only deliver a new commitment letter from a different bank before my contract expired, but also secured the same rate I had with my previous broker (before they raised the rates) AND with 10-year ARM instead of a 7 year. Jonathan truly saved the day, and I was genuinely impressed throughout our interactions with his professionalism, ability to work under pressure, and - most importantly - that he delivered on his promises. He worked nights and weekends to ensure I received the rate I was looking for and within the tight timeframe in which we were working. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or refinance their homes. He went above and beyond and did everything in his power to ensure I secured the right loan for my purchase. I can't thank him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I have met several realtors but the best one I met was Jonathan Cardona. I went out with him looking at many houses and condos and he was very pleasant to me and always answered my questions. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he would call me and tell me what was available. He never pushed me into anything but always took into consideration on how I felt. He was a good listener and was always very encouraging. I know of a house eventually going to be sold too and I know that if I asked him to help me he would. Spent plenty of time doing our homework, browsing zillow, spent our weekends looking at open houses, and made some general inquiries with other agents. Strangely we were met with high pressure agents (and some real jerks) that's if we were even lucky to be contacted at all. That's when Jonathan stepped in to help us!Jonathan reached out to us and the entire process was an absolute pleasure from that point on. He spent time to really understand what it is we were looking for. Took a lot of time to comb through what we had in mind and tailored a detailed list of homes that fit exactly what we had in mind. There was never any pressure, always able to contact him, adjusted his scheduling to accommodate us, transparent through the process, and always a friendly conversation. Having gone through the home purchase process in New York City, I must say that "HIGHLY RECOMMENDING" Jonathan is simply an understatement. He truly sets the bar that other agents should strive to meet. We will be contacting him again for our next home for sure.
