When we first came to Tallahassee to shop for homes Jonathan had a very organized and efficient tour set up for us that went flawlessly. He had a lot of very accurate advice about neighborhoods, the Tallahassee area in general, and the details of the local housing market. Jonathan always answers his phone or gets back to you immediately when you need to talk to him which is great. He's very friendly and personable and uses no high pressure sales tactics, he just tells you the facts. We had some issues with finalizing the purchase of our new home, first with getting financing and later with a bogus appraisal of the home which came in way below the asking price. Jonathan was able to use his connections in the local real estate community to expedite the loan approval AND to get a new appraisal which was more accurate.Throughout the whole stressful process Jonathan was a great friend and ally who provided much needed calm. Even after closing and moving in, he has stayed in contact and given recommendations for local restaurants, gym, shopping, all of which have been totally accurate. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because I cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough.
