Jonathan's personal attention to detail was immaculate and he made the whole process very seamless. We found our new house before our previous house was even on the market, but with that being said he helped us sell our house in 9 DAYS!!! Our new house had out of town sellers, however we never would have known it because of the work Jonathan put into both transactions. Jonathan had excellent communication with us, the buyers, and sellers and was just a call or text away when we had any questions. I would highly recommend Jonathan Philips as a realtor!!!

After going through a couple of houses, he immediately knew what we were thinking and could pick out things we liked or disliked in houses instantly.
