Jonathan not only helped to educate us about the home buying process, he was there every step of the way to help us through our journey to help us get into the perfect home for our family. Jonathan helped us become more educated around the home buying process. We felt Jonathan stood out from other agents we had spoken to in the past because he invested time in making sure we were first educated about the process. We decided then decided to have Jonathan show us various properties, which led to us finding the perfect home for our family. A month later, we have keys in hand to the the home that is perfect for us!!! Joe has been a pleasure to work with every step of the selling process. From setting up appointments for photographers and being available for every showing appointment. Also handling things that were unexpected once we were in contract. He was able to get an accepted offer over asking price within the first few weeks. As first-time home buyers, we tried our best to research and learn as much as possible about searching for a home. Joe is fantastic. He's even keeled, objective and provides great counsel - free from any personal biases and conflicts. There is no drama with Joe - he's low maintenance, works around your schedule and makes himself available at all times. Joe manages the process exceptionally well and doesnt burden you with unnecessary information. He made the whole process very smooth for us (versus the last go around with a realtor where I felt we were signing documents everyday!) he also worked really well with our mortgage provider and loan officer to make this a seamless experience. While Joe isnt local to SR, it didnt show. He was very adept at learning the area/region well and provide us solid guidance on recommendations. Dont let his engaging demeanor fool you - He negotiates really well on your behalf without burning relationships. For example, He was successful in getting us some added perks on our deal which were a pleasant surprise. I found him to be the best realtor I had worked with and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone!!
