ZillowVERIFIED Today we closed on our home! Big shout out and thanks to Jonathan and his team! We reached out to Jonathan when we were already pre approved with a previous realtor. Jonathan was super attentive throughout the entire process. Very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I greatly appreciate his time from the very beginning up until today when we closed. He goes above and beyond on what he does! Amazing!!! After we closed, we discussed future investments. We would definitely reach out to Jonathan for guidance and help us during our process in near future. 1 Million times recommend Jonathan! He's already invited to our welcoming home BBQ (:

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Lopez was a referral from a close friend and I can honestly say it was the greatest thing that couldve happen to us in the search for our first home. Not a big fan of writing reviews, but this guy deserves one! Our previous agent was slow to reply and felt pushy at times. We actually had given up and had decided to wait until the market cooled down a bit. One day while conversing with a friend, the home search came up and he mentioned to me how his agent managed to helped him find the perfect property and moved fast! I was a little hesitant at first, since our first experienced had not been the best, but I called Jonathan and immediately he picked up. I explained our situation, he listened, and next thing you know we were scheduled to see 3 homes in our area. In a matter of days Jonathan negotiated a great deal for us and did in 1 week what our previous Realtor couldnt do in 2 months! I was in awe! The process was smooth! He was communicative, always picked up his phone, and very patient with the thousands of questions I had. In less than 30 days I had the keys to my new home! Jonathan, Thank you so much for all your help, patience, and hard work. Ill be sending your contact info to anyone I know looking to buy a home! 10 stars!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was very helpful in our home buy. As a first time buyer, we were scared to even begin our home search. Jonathan was patient, took the time to explain every step and provided us with advice. I was happy to know that he adjusted to our busy schedules and was flexible when showing us houses. He did such a great job that within less than a week, we already had the house we have been looking for. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends and contact you for future services. ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Lopez simply gets it done! He was a referral from a friend and I am more than grateful for all he has done for me and my family. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and truly looked out for our best interest. After an extensive search, I finally found a house I became in love with... it was a little over our budget, but after intense negotiations John managed to get us a great deal!! Not only that, but he got us almost all our closing cost paid by seller; we brought close to nothing to closing. For that and many other things, I am thankful for his services. Highly Recommended for anyone looking to buy their next home. Thank you John!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan instantly suggested a home which meet my requirements once I described what I was looking for. I looked at other homes I had in mind but reverted back to the one he suggested as it was the best fit. He also negotiated some of the requests made and got the seller to update the home as requested. I was glad to have Jonathan provide me with his knowledge and experience. I will recommend him to people I know. I am closing on the home he requested on Wednesday and I am extremely happy.

This glad really does go the extra mile, not only did he provided us with a moving truck after closing, but he actually kept his promise and send guys to mow out lawn for the first month. ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was a referral from a friend and I have nothing but positive things to say about this man! His endeavor and drive towards honestly getting you a great deal was key to us allowing him to represent us as his buyers. I know there are many Realtors out there, but if your truly seeking for someone that looks out for you and is not just trying to sell you another home, this is your guy! I am a picky buyer and Jonathan has nothing but patience and understanding. I Highly recommend this lad!! Thank you Jonathan for helping me and my family.
