ZillowVERIFIEDJon worked hard for us and gave us very good counsel. We are very happy with how he handled the listing and the transaction. We have used him before and would certainly use him again.
ZillowVERIFIEDJon did everything to help me through my first time home buying experience. From a ton of showings, multiple offers and negotiations.. he truly went above and beyond to put in the effort. I have appreciated everything he did for my family and I.
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan was a great guy to work with. Very professional and worked hard at getting details on properties. He was always easy to get a hold of and or responded back in a timely manner. We looked for over a year until I found the right one. I would highly recommend working with Jonathan whether your a first time buyer or not.
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan was honest and caring. He really helped us pick the best home that suited us and our needs. Yeah would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone buying or selling.
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan was extremely helpful in my home buying experience. He helped me look for 2 years until I found the right home. He showed me many houses, but never made me feel pressured to buy. He gave me honest advice on work that would be needed on each house and kept my budget for closing costs and future renovations in mind. He would text me listings on a daily basis instead of a weekly email like other realtors. He sent me the listing for the house I ended up buying as soon as it was listed. His knowledge of the area helped put me in an spot where I feel very comfortable. I highly recommend using him as your realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I purchased our first home in August, Jonathan did a wonderful job through the whole experience would definitely recommend to anybody that is looking to buy!
ZillowVERIFIEDI gave Jonathan the criteria that I was looking for and he quickly searched the market looking for a home that fits my need. Unfortunately there was nothing available, however, knowing many people in the industry he located the perfect property that had not been listed yet for the public. He was able to send a offer on my behalf and helped me purchase the home in a quick manner. Jonathan gave references for inspectors, appraisals, and contractors which helped make it a smooth transaction. Id definitely recommend Jonathan to friends and family and look forward to working with him in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Jonathan by a local lender. Not knowing him was a little unsettling but I know why my broker recommended that I reach out to Jonathan when selling my home. From the very beginning he treated me as if I were family. I became comfortable very early knowing that hed take care of the whole process. Despite it being a smaller home, Jonathan treated it as if it were a million dollar listing. I referred to him multiple time throughout the process and looking back, he was right each time. Hes very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Id highly recommend Jonathan to anybody whos buying, selling or renting a home. I look forward to working with him in the future.
