ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan is the best! He helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. He made the process for both incredibly smooth and helped connect us with all the professionals we needed from mortgage, legal, inspectors, etc. and helped us field the multiple offers that we received on our old home. We could not be more pleased with our new home and the sale of our old home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently closed on another property that Jonathan got for me. The house is exactly what I am looking for and the price was right at where I wanted. Jonathan was responsive and honest on his perspective on realty property values and his expertise in how much the construction work requires is definitely an additional bonus. He also has tons of patience going through different MLS with us and helping us along the way. My first home?s appraisal value since 3years ago had increased tremendously. Now my second home is an investment property had already leased out for a long term. If you are looking for an honest and up to date realtor choose Jonathan, he won?t disappoint you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was very easy to deal with and was extremely valuable in assisting with the sale and closing process. This was a very difficult FHA closing, and he helped with the little things that really moved this forward. I would strongly recommend Jonathan if you are looking to purchase or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED True professional who seamlessly sold our home. Conducted a very nice open house, after which we received multiple offers above asking price. Guided us through what we needed/should do, but also what we didnt need to worry about. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was great! We initially met Jonathan through Redfin when we requested to tour a house and we?ve been working with him since October 2020. We finally purchased a home in late August 2021. Were first-time home buyers, and the current housing market really affected what we could afford and what was available, but Jonathan never lost patience with us. Knowing we were new to this whole process, he offered to meet with us (virtually) to go over the entire process of what buying a home was like (generally speaking). He didnt need to do this, because we didnt initially seek him out, and we had no reason to commit to him. He just happened to be the realtor to give us a house tour. Having Jonathan take the time to do that really helped give us an idea what we were about to get into, and it was really nice of him to take the time to do that. He has very flexible in scheduling house tours. He?s available almost all of the time either through text or email, no matter the time of day. He?s always quick to respond. And no question was ever too silly to ask. He helped connect us with an attorney that made buying a house very easy. Jonathan also made signing any paperwork very easy by allowing us to do just about everything electronically. I have zero complaints about Jonathan and would highly recommend him to anyone whos looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was extremely helpful when it came to completing the sale of two investment properties. Jonathan took the time to advise on the local market, identify potential buyers, and educate me and my wife on the incremental steps needed through our first property sales. Thank you to Jonathan for the extra time and patience as we navigated a difficult and complicated process. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sell personal and investment property. -Vinnie

ZillowVERIFIED The first time we met with Jonathan and he explained what we could expect, we realized that it wasn?t the right time for us to buy. He stayed in contact with us a few times over the next year by asking us how we were and remembered specific things about us, which I really appreciated. When we were finally ready to start looking for a home, we knew exactly who to ask. Jonathan was not only able to get us into every home we wanted to view quickly, but he also taught us about every aspect of the home-buying process. As first time home buyers, this was so important to us. He answered all of our questions, was incredibly communicative, and always realistic about what to expect. I highly recommend Jonathan to any type of buyer. He?s well-versed in the Central New Jersey market and offers invaluable advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan is the knowledgeable brother that you never knew you had or needed. He has is like family to us and it is why we have asked him to represent us both times we were in the process of homebuying/home selling. We also have a rental property with dream tenants that Jonathan helped us land. His expertise, experience and grounded personality is what makes him THE BEST by far. We recently sold and were able to set the market at a new high for our neighborhood with Jonathan by our side. Jonathan gives sound advice that will get your house sold fast! Our home was officially on the market for only 3 days before we had several offers and an official buyer. Our road to home selling/buying did not come without bumps, but with Jonathans problem solver mindset, knowledge on how to properly showcase a house and his creativity on MLS listing we attracted the right buyers and made it through. Jonathan is trustworthy and honest. He stays up to date with the latest in real estate to be able to serve his clients effectively. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed!
