That is, the amount of care and respect he had for my home and myself, was not dependent on the amount of his commission.

Jonathan and Richard were willing to go along for the bumpy ride until we could narrow down our search criteria. We never felt rushed or pressured and had all of our questions and concerns met respectfully. The amazing thing was that Jonathan and Richard knew what we wanted before we did and gave us the tools and patience to find our dream home in an amazing neighborhood! Jonathan sold it in ONE WEEK. He put the word out that even while the house was going under contract, we were getting requests to see my house. Jonathan never holds back on what to expect, good or bad, but always has a solution if something is not working out. He knows how to keep the buyer and seller happy. His negotiating skills are that of a veteran realtor for someone so young. He always knows what?s happening and what steps are next. My husband and I interviewed Jonathan and felt an immediate connection with him. We were confident he would sell the house quickly. We were also appreciative of the fact that Jonathan was forthright in managing our expectations. Within a few weeks of listing the property, someone was interested in purchasing the house. Jonathan handled the negotiations extremely well. The house ultimately sold for the price the appraiser would allow and he explained the market factors that were impacting the sale and the market implications that we were facing ahead. It should also be noted that during this process, Jonathans very young son became extremely ill. Jonathan managed his family life without neglecting his responsibilities as our realtor. We greatly appreciate Jonathan and his professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in the market to sell our brand new Reisterstown town home because of unforseen circumstances. We hired the first agent and the home sat for more than two months with almost no showings. The realtor hardly ever got in contact with us, and sometimes took days to respond. We started looking for a new agent and Jonathan came along. He was very professional from the beginning. He met with us and laid out his plan to sell our house. He did exactly what he said he would do and we had showings consistently every other day. No more than two weeks later the home was sold. He was very responsive to our calls and messages, and if he couldnt answer he made sure someone on his team was available to. Jonathan was awesome considering we had an extremely tight timeline to sell and a sticky situation with selling the house only one year after purchase. He is the agent that gets it done.

ZillowVERIFIED He works with his brother whos his name is Brandon Kirk basically what Janathan does is he helps to find the buyer or seller for your house and then brendon takes care of the rest. Janathan promised me that once I buy a washer and dryer for the house that they helped me to sell he will refund me the money guess what he never did plus he charged me 6% agent free and he gave the buyers agent only 2 and half percent. I do not recommend anyone to use Janathan Kirk he talks a lot to gain your trust but once he gains that he does anything he can
