I was impressed by his persistence in helping me find a great home, but also by his non-pushy demeanor. He definitely listened to what I wanted and evergreen we found the PICTURE. PERFECT. ZillowVERIFIED From the very first time Jonathan called me to discuss what I was looking for, I knew it was going to work out. We weren't looking to buy right away since we were moving from Oregon to Texas, but he was patient and helped us at every step. He was always willing to drive out to hiuses and do video tours, contact sellers/builders, and give us his honest opinion. Since we were 2,000 miles apart we were putting a LOT of trust in him amd he didn't dissapoint. He was distantly in contact and helping drive the final sale. Even when we were cloae to closing, there were a couple minor hiccups and it would have been eaay form him to hust usher us along to make the sale but he was ready and willimg to follow oir decision, even if that meant backing out. I would highly recommend using Jonathan for your buying needs. We did not sell a home with Jonathan, but I have to imagine he would be excellent at that also.

We were not the easiest customers. We wanted something specific and Jonathan went out of his way for several months taking us to many homes. Jonathan is trustworthy, honest and will work very hard to sell your home. He will most likely become a friend because he is just that likable. I can still remember his goofy smile. Whenever I think of peach shakes I think of Jonathan. While viewing homes we stopped at a little family owned shake and burger stand while the Parker County Peach Festival was going on. We initially contacted Jonathan on a Sunday with a list of properties we thought were in our price range. He not only met us Sunday afternoon, but he was able to show us each of the properties we wanted to see and recommended a few more, which we were able to see that Sunday afternoon as well. I was constantly impressed with his response time when we called. He immediately answered questions, set up meetings, and recommended surveyors and inspectors.
