ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan Jones was wonderful in assisting me with buying my very first home! He was great with knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, etc and being a parent this was very helpful since i was not very familiar with Abilene. He always responded within a timely manner and explained every detail that i needed to know. He also worked with my work schedule very efficiently. He worked very hard to be sure i got what i needed/ wanted This was my very first home i have bought, he definitely went above and beyond on providing the information i needed, even after closing! If i ever decide to buy or sell i will definitely be going back to Jonathan Jones. I was just looking for a simple family home. I was so grateful to have came into contact with a realtor like Jonathan, he does not want to just sell a home to someone he wants to be sure he sells the right home to you. I was surprised how efficient the closing process was and how smooth it went.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was instrumental in getting my family into our dream home. We are first time home buyers and I never thought I would be able to move into such a beautiful home and community as the first home. Ive heard the home buying process can be stressful and anxiety inducing, but Jonathan has a way of explaining things to folks like me who dont quite understand the terminology or process. When things got crazy, as they sometimes do Jonathan was always there to answer the phone at all times of day. He kept our eye on the goal and did everything in his power to ensure we closed on the day we needed. Not only would I recommend him to other buyers, Ive invited him to my home as a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, my wife and I came in not knowing anything. Jonathan was very patient with us not only in showing us so many houses until we found the one, but also in explaining the details of buying a house. He is not afraid to let you know this house is not for you. His knowledge of not only what to look out for in a house but also the market itself is incredible. If you want a hardworking, honest, personal Realtor, Jonathan is the person for you. Would highly recommend to anyone. We not only gained our first home but a new friend out of Jonathan!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was a huge help to us! As first time home buyers, he was quick to answer all the questions we had and went the extra mile to provide us with information we did not know to ask. He helped us notice things in homes that we would have otherwise overlooked. He helped us understand projects we would have to work on after purchasing. Jonathan was always quick to respond when we found homes to look at, and after learning what we wanted in a home, he helped send us some listings. He was able to negotiate for us and help us beyond what was expected!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have purchased 9 + homes over 44 years, Jonathan has been by far the most communicative and responsive agent we have ever had! No matter the time of day he was there to respond to issues and inquiries. He even assisted with utility set up and took us to the appropriate offices. This was awesome because we are from out of state and needless to say a little aEURoelostaEUR? in how Texas functions with paperwork and utilities. If ever needed we would DEFINITELY use Jonathan again!

Second day looking found perfect home and put contract on it.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan is very professional. With the housing market as crazy as it is, we ran into several snags. Jonathan worked relentlessly to push through each obstacle. He was always available if I had questions or concerns. If we had questions that he didn't know an answer to he would find out very quickly! We don't plan to move again, but if we did, Jonathan would be the only one I would call for listing and helping with a new purchase. I have already recommended him to a handful of friends. Great young man!

ZillowVERIFIED I had come across two Realtors I liked while window shopping for a house and once I got my pre-approval, had to choose one. I chose Jonathan, and I am SO glad I did. Not only did he provide great advice of checking with another lender for all of my mortgage options and amounts, he promptly answered any questions that I had throughout the entire process. I am a single mom and first time home buyer, and he helped educate me so that I felt confident in making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Jonathan encouraged me when my offer on other houses got outbid but never pressured me to make offers I was uncomfortable with. He gave me the facts when I needed them so that I could weigh my options and decide what was best for me. He was willing to show me as many houses as I wanted even when my list of wants changed. If youre in the market for a house, this is who you want on your team. At the end of it all, Jonathan works hard for his clients and helped me get a great deal on my dream house. I couldnt be more ecstatic!
