ZillowVERIFIEDI can definitely say my husband and I will never work with another agent. Jonathan was patient, knowledgeable, and quick with our whole process. He sent us listing after listing and was patient while we changed our minds over and over until we finally found the perfect commercial building (which was the opposite of where we started). Once we made that decision, he was there to answer every question along the way and made the process so easy for us. I will always recommend Jonathan to anyone looking! Thank you again!!
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you want the best realtor in Asheville look no further. Jonathan is absolutely incredible and will do anything he can for his clients. He will call answer your message at 4am and text you till midnight to make sure you have everything you need. The current pandemic market is tough and he guided us through every house and offer to make sure we were doing the right thing for us personally and the right thing for the market to get us in a home. He does not stop until everything is perfect and that his buyers have what they need. He guided us through the whole process and was extremly knowledgable. I cannot recommend him enough! If you want an agent that is on your side and will fight for you, Jonathan is the one!
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan was wonderful to work with as we sold our home. He guided us through the process step by step, and even interviewed some agents for us in the area we were moving to. I would highly recommend his services!
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan did an outstanding job for us selling our home. We selected Jonathan as our realtor after he successfully sold our neighbor's home above the listing price (and far above what we expected the home to go for). Once we met with him, he recommended a listing price for our home that was higher than we expected. Trusting him to know the market, we ended up with multiple offers after only 4 days on the market. Jonathan definitely knows the Asheville market and he works hard for his clients. We highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Western North Carolina area.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had the best experience Jonathan was there from start to end, will always take his time to explain anything to you did not matter what time it was he will take his time to answer any of your questions clearly so if you looking for hardworking realtor that wants the best for you give Jonathan a call
ZillowVERIFIEDJonathan went above and beyond to help my family find a place. Highly motivated and would answer any question with honesty and could be reached at any time. It took a few months to find our place which ment we had to look at a bunch of places. Jon was always willing to show us the houses until we found the right one. Highly recommend!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I just purchased our first home with Jonathan Gonzales and we had an AMAZING experience! He was very knowledgeable and was fast to answer any questions we had. We were particularly happy that he was bilingual and that he could communicate in English and Spanish! I just thought that was fantastic! The experience was so smooth and simple that we have already started recommending him to all our friends and plan to use him for any future home buying/ refinancing needs!
