About Jonathan Gaspar
A graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in Economics and a partner in Ardent Real Estate Services , I specialize in the sale of new and existing residential homes. My real estate career began during my last year of college (2014) while I was an intern for a highly successful real estate broker. I quickly realized the need of true professionals in the industry and I truly enjoyed the opportunity to serve families.

The biggest thing I'm seeing recently is home buyers purchasing new homes with no representation. The sales agent at the model home works for the seller. You are literally giving money to the builder by not having your own representation. Further, the builder's are not allowed to rebate you the "saved" agent's commission, unless they want to pay the huge fines they paid back in 2006 again. Hint: They don't
Make the photos look phenomenal. This will determine if people go and see your home or not. It's hard to get a home sold when the photos are terrible.

I was recently able to help a newly wed couple narrow down their search and find the perfect starter home. When I first met them they were looking all over the place. After sitting down with them and discussing their goals, we determined the best city for them and the best budget. Was amazing, we are still friends to this day!
I started my last year of college. I wanted to help people at a high level. Essentially my job is to coach. I give you the information you need to make the best decision and some times have to give some hard guidance. In the end, my clients always appreciate the hard conversations so I'm not afraid to tell the truth. I find it rewarding.
Yep. My degree is in Economics. I understand that a home is so much more than money however, I cannot ethically let my client over pay for a home just because they think it's their dream home. Again, those hard conversations usually result in client appreciation. My clients love their home even after the first few mortgage payments and especially when they are ready to sell!
