Jonathan was extremely professional and easy to work with. There was a clear understanding of what the perfect house was, the budget available, and the neighborhoods that were desired. Jonathans expertise with the area was a huge help throughout the process and steered the search in the right direction when at times it went off course. He was clear with what the offers would have to be in order to be competitive in the market over the summer. Once an accepted offer was in place the rest of the process was smooth and quick. On the sale side Jonathan was able to come up with the perfect plan and marketing strategy to get an above asking offer within 3 days of listing the property. Jonathan always made time for appointments for tours which probably hit over 40 houses. There was never a time when Jonathan seemed too busy or could not accommodate requests to go visit a potential purchase. Overall Jonathan was a pleasure to work with and helped achieve a better than expected sale price and a purchase at asking. This was the perfect combination in a tough housing market.
