Jonathan Clark

With a BA in Education and a Masters degree in School Administration with a focus on strategic planning and negotiation, plus twenty-three years spent as an educator, I have the advanced skills necessary to best serve my real estate clients. I lived for twelve years in Japan and Germany working alongside the US military before settling down with my family in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. My experiences living overseas and working with highly mobile military families make me uniquely qualified to help people relocating to the Upstate as well as those needing to move to their next destination. Since I have moved many times as a child and as an adult, I am attuned to the balance of needs associated with every type of move. My wife and I own and run Homebody, a small vintage and new home goods shop located at 104 S. Poinsett Highway in Travelers Rest. When we were considering relocating, we were drawn to the diversity of people, food, and cultures in the Upstate. Being central to so many great activities and beautiful outdoor spaces made this area very attractive to us. I pride myself on excellent communication and good relationships with all clients, past and present. I believe honesty, integrity, and reliability are the foundations of excellent transactions. I am looking for "clients for life."
