As a first time home buyer, we had no idea where to even start. We had saved up for a down payment but that was about all we knew to do! Jon talked with us to figure out what we needed and wanted and was able to find our home very quickly. We didn't have to search for long because he was able to show us properties right from the start that met our expectations on our budget in a family friendly neighborhood that was close to major highways. Jonathan was really helpful. He is a very nice person and communicated very well with me. Everything was really great, there was nothing he could improve on and he was really helpful. I am very happy. While looking for a house i was really stressed, then a friend told me about going to school with him. He give me Jonathans card and i decided to look into it. When we meet he was really understanding and knew exactly what I was looking for. I got a call from him every time he found a house he thought we would love. After two to three weeks with working with Jonathan he found me a house that was perfect! He also stuck around afterwords to help with anything i did not understand. So i am really happy with him and his work. So far I have worked with him twice, will hire him again in a heart beat. Absolutely the best!
