Jonas bought a high-end rental home from me last year. He was a pleasure to work with. We went over the recent sales and asking prices for similar homes and settled on a price that was fair and equitable for each of us. He has a good network of home contractors to help his clients either to get ready to sell or to refurbish a property they just bought.
