I called him one random afternoon after discovering that renting a house in Malibu is far less practical for long-term wealth accumulation than ownership. He picked up the phone right away and worked incredibly efficiently, and we had a few viewings scheduled before the end of the evening. We made an offer on a unit that didn't work out, but he was incredibly helpful in finding other options, one of which ended up being my new home--the second house we offered on.
