ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Jon and Reali through a neighbors listing. We thought that the house was very well represented and were enticed by the low(er) than average fees. We ended up interviewing 3 realtors and ultimately went with Jon and Reali because he was low key, we liked their photography (3D walk throughs etc.) Ultimately it was a tough time to sell, the listing went live as the country was being shut down for Covid-19. Nonetheless, Jon and Reali stuck with it and we ended up finding the perfect buyer for our beautiful home. Post sale paperwork was completely (except for 15 minutes of docs with a notary) virtual and couldn't have been easier. Smooth sailing and we closed on time.I'd recommend Jon if you want a laid back, easy going, knowledgeable local realtor. He has the wisdom to listen to our feedback and the experience to drive you in the right direction with your listing. I'd recommend Reali if you want a hassle free, organized experience at a low(er) than average cost. Overall Win/Win.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon was great to work with in selling our home during the COVID-19 crisis. We just listed our home before the stay at home order and were getting a lot of activity, then it slowed down tremendously when everything started shutting down in the state. Through it all Jon did a great job following up with realtors that showed the place and keeping me informed of their feedback and assuring me that our home would sell. As soon as things started opening back up, my home sold within a week and we closed within a couple of weeks. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jon and the Reali team!

ZillowVERIFIED Without a prior relationship or referral, choosing a realtor is kind of like picking out a bottle of wine...the price looks good and I like the label design. We had been collecting postcards, door hangers, flyers, and names of realtors in the area for a few months before when we decided to list our home. On the top of this stack was Jon's postcard that advertised, "Would you sell for the right price?" Well, yes...yes I would. But if you've ever sold or purchased a home before, you know it's not all about price. It's about the relationship. My husband gave Jon a call and met with him the same day. The process of buying & selling a home can be stressful, so having a realtor you can relate to, trust, and rely on is key. Jon struck a chord with each item on our list for a realtor and the process began. This was the third home we've sold and honestly, the most profitable, fastest, and smoothest transaction yet. Jon went above and beyond with his responsiveness, willingness to help with inspectors and contractors when we were working or out of town, and unique strategies for attracting buyers. We listed the Thursday before Easter and had an Open House that Saturday. He set up an EZ Up tent, had coffee, cookies, cupcakes, and eggs for the kids. He made sure the Open House was available earlier than advertised so neighbors could walk through and even Facebook lived the beginning of the event. We received multiple offers within days of listing and Jon guided us through each one, offering comprehensive pros and cons from a non-biased perspective. We settled on one and the process flowed perfectly from then on. I would highly recommend Jon Strauss to anyone looking for a smooth home buying or selling process!! ZillowVERIFIED I recently used Jon to sell my condo and buy my new home. For the selling process Jon hired a professional stager to come and give me tips on how to sell my home faster. After those changes were complete, he also hired a great photographer. Jon priced the condo and got it on the market. He had an excellent marketing campaign for the open house and was able to sell our house in 5 days! For the buying process, we had multiple areas we were looking in and Jon would take us to see places all over. We found something we like and he helped us put in a great offer. Even being contingent, his tips helped us get the home. Jon is not only knowledgeable in real estate agent but also very knowledgeable on the loan process. He was able to speak both languages, answer my questions, and make it so we closed on time. When we got our keys, Jon even helped my husband with moving some of our heavy items! Not only did Jon help us find the house we wanted in our price range, but he also found one than checked all our other boxes as well. We actually had a pretty rough time with getting ahold of our loan officer when we had questions and were pleasantly pleased to find out that Jon also has a background in mortgages and was able to answer our questions. Last year (2012), Jon gave us a call about our mortgage rate. He helped us save 300/month with no money upfront in a refi. Jon was very easy to get along with, he listened to our needs, was easy to get ahold of and was trustworthy. I have already recommended him to other friends who were very excited with the amount he saved them in a refi which turned out more than their credit union could offer. I will hire him again next time we are in the market.
