Jon Perog acted very unprofessional, and I've heard this from multiple people as well. I was the seller and multiple times Jon hung up on me, cussed me out, belittled and berated me, talked down to me, blocked my calls and texts and acted very rude. He even sent threatening text messages after the transaction was cancelled at the last minute by his buyer. He also refused to do his job and check with his buyer and the lender when requested especially when relevant to the contract. And he didn't even get me one of the inspections until A MONTH after it was done, and right before closing and he acted like he had no clue the inspection even happened -so beyond negligent. His actions and words showed he could care less and all these tasks were beneath him. Also he never held his buyer accountable to follow the contract including really late deposit of earnest money, reminding the buyer he agreed I would do $0 in lender requested repairs but instead just followed whatever the buyer wanted. Despite all this, I still paid for the lender requested repairs and he coached the buyer into weaseling out at the last minute and costing me a lot of money and time wasted. He maliciously approved the electrician to go do a reinspection that he knew I was paying for and that same night after I sent the results of it being passed still told the buyer to try to cancel and sent him a cancellation. Unprofessional. Period.
