ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a house in the Chicago, look no further! Jon was outstanding to work with and his instincts are spot on. He gave us so much advice as first time home buyers and was outstanding in helping us get our house. He was aggressive in getting us what we wanted when negotiating, but never pushy and always had our best interests in mind. I cannot stress enough how important it was that he knew the neighborhoods so well, Would work with Jon again and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We ended up not buying, but Jonathan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We made it clear up front that we were just exploring possibilities and he still showed us around and put no pressure on us to buy. He will be the very first person we turn to if we ever do decide to buy in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Jon by a friend and I couldn't be more than happy. When we first spoke I was nervous about being able to find a place I wanted in my budget. But Jon assured me that if I was patient he would come through. It didn't happen overnight but it happened the right way. Thanks Jon for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Jon's services for two apartment searches over the past two years and his diligence, professionalism, knowledge, and commitment have exceeded my expectations both times. As such, I have been extremely happy with the outcome of both of these searches from both a quality and a pricing perspective. I would highly recommend Jon's services for any property / real-estate related needs.- Local knowledge: After sharing my preferences, Jon shared his insights and opinions to help me quickly narrow down likely candidates, saving me time and effort in the process.- Process expertise: Despite the fact I had short turnaround times for my searches, Jon was able to ensure we were organized and prepared to efficiently navigate the all steps of search, application submission, signing, etc. process- Responsiveness: Jon was incredibly responsive (day and night) throughout the entire process - including proactive outreaches to alert us of opportunities / updates, working to quickly find us answers on ad-hoc questions, and following up to ensure things were being properly executed on - Negotiation skills: We quite literally would not have been in the position to sign our lease without Jon's negotiation skills. He worked diligently and ethically to ensure our application was considered despite competition from other applications. Furthermore, he has helped me close on prices that were on the lower end of my target price range.

ZillowVERIFIED I had Jonathan help me find a rental place. Because most of the rental properties could be found on-line, I did not feel the need to have realtor. I've had realtors in the past for finding a rental property, but they never got me anything that I could not find on my own on the internet except for Jonathan. He was very thorough in his search and he would reach out to me the moment a new property came on the market before I would be able to find it on the internet on my own, which is super helpful in a very rental market with a shortage of rental properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan Missirlian has been a partner in my work in regional and international Corporate relocation for approximately eight years. The work is tough as the need for explaining the different processes can be confusing for the client; particularly with regard to renting (a preferred housing option for the international transferee) and to negotiating with agents/owners of the various properties on applications without standard US required credit histories and the like. Jonathan is extremely knowlegeable of the local Chicago market, the various neighborhoods and he effects the social needs of the client and their family in seeking the best area. He always responds to a request for service support with efficiency and information.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon helped me sell my condo in River North. Upon taking the listing, he did his research on comparable sales in the area so we could price the property appropriately. He was always available for showings whenever they were scheduled along with coming up with ideas on how to spruce my place to make it more attractive to buyers. We did receive several offers and Jon negotiated the best deal possible and closed the sale. The entire process was smooth and easily and I would happily use Jon again for my next purchase or sale. Brett Z.

ZillowVERIFIED Like most people, I have a very busy schedule and don't have the time to shift through hundreds of listings in order to find my dream home. Zach takes the time to personally put together a "must have" list before he sends you listings that meet your requirements. He is also always available to answer questions and address any concerns. Thanks to Zack, I have a better idea of what I like and where I can afford to live.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently were lucky enough to have Jonathan Missirlian assist us in finding a new home. We were on tight turnaround (only a weekend of house hunting) and we lined up as many houses as we could find. Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in as well as the dynamics in the Chicago housing market. He was very quick to realize what we were looking for in a house and had invaluable advice for us as newcomers to the area. Furthermore, his diligence in communication with the sellers resulted in a winning bid for us. The whole process was a breeze and I will recommend Jonathan to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan Missirlian came highly recommended to me when I was looking to sell my condo this year. Despite many obstacles, he successfully marketed and sold my condo in a flash! He then helped me navigate the difficult process of purchasing a new home in the competitive Chicago real estate market. Jonathan always went the extra mile throughout the whole process, whether it was early morning appointments, long days, preparing multiple offers, or even checking on potential houses when I was unable to. There's a reason he comes so highly recommended. He is knowledgable about the market, friendly as can be, and has a keen instinct when it comes to identifying homes that fit your personality and needs. Thanks to his due diligence while I was out of country on vacation, he found my house and within 48hours of returning home, I was under contract!I can't say enough about how important it is to have someone you trust help you through this process. Do yourself a favor and let Jonathan help find you your dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were looking for an agent with deep knowledge to guide us through the complex purchasing process - and also with patience for our plethora of questions. As Chicagoans searching for a house in the ever changing real estate market, we were looking for an agent that we could trust had our best interests in mind and would act fast but diligently. We found everything in Jonathan Missirlian! In fact, Jonathan is all of these things and more. His ability to quickly learn the personality of his clients and to align the process with their needs/hopes is impeccable. ZillowVERIFIED He was a great realtor, I had already worked with 2 previous ones and decided to try one last person as he was strongly recommended to me from one of his previous clients. He definitely showed me what I wanted, but he was also interested in making sure I was happy and not just receiving a commission. There was a place I was about 90% sure I wanted and he said to give him more time because even though I liked it, he wanted to make sure I loved it. He accommodates to your needs and schedule as well, highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan was the primary person I was dealing with when I had an interest in one of the property he was selling. The most impressive thing about his was his promptness in replying to my queries and being on top of providing all the market data I requested to get comfortable with the property.
