Jon is an Air Force veteran, REALTORA(R), and CEO and co-owner of Majors Realty Group, the independent brokerage he leads alongside his wife, Jen, in Fairbanks, Alaska. He works with buyers and sellers throughout Fairbanks, North Pole, and the surrounding Interior, with a particular commitment to veterans and military families making their next move.

Before earning his real estate license in 2017, Jon spent more than two decades in sales. He learned how to listen, negotiate, earn someone's business, and keep earning it. Those lessons still shape how he works. He asks questions, pays attention to the details, and speaks up when something needs to be addressed-even when the easier answer would be the more popular one.
