We met Jon after receiving a very professional marketing flyer in the mail. We wanted to sell a home in Brea. We met him at our property and he gave us his recommendations on how to maximize the value of the home. He also gave us a review of what he does to market the property. We could not list the property immediately as we had tenants in the home. We were so impressed with Jon's knowledge, his very professional manner. ZillowVERIFIED About 4 years ago we began the process of buying a house and had a horrible experience, so this time when we started again we wanted to find a realtor that was reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and someone that would make the process more so enjoyable than stressful. Jon Long was that guy!!! Jon really made the process so much more enjoyable this time around and was very professional throughout the process. Whenever we had any questions he was always willing to answer, no matter how crazy or little they may seem, (I ask a lot of questions), he was always very patient and would always explain anything and everything that came up in the process. I also loved how knowledgeable he was from each document that came through, to home inspection questions, home warranty questions, he knew it all and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. In addition to being professional himself, he also surrounds himself with a professional team, from the home inspector company, to the loan officer. Everyone we came in contact with on his team was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful with the process. Also Jon has some of the latest technology which made signing documents a lot less stressful. Instead of having to meet at an office every time a document came in, Jon would send it through an email program that allowed us to read it over and electronically sign it. I also loved that he would accompany each email with a phone call to make sure we knew what was being sent to us and when it was needed by. This allowed us to get offers in quicker since we could do it right from our phones. If you are in search of a home, I am telling you Jon is your guy. He will go above and beyond to help the process move smoothly, and when I say above and beyond I mean it, Jon showed up with a screw driver and smoke detectors during our final walk through to make sure the procrastinating tenants we were buying from didnt slow down the process! He had his interior decorator, Heather, come by and give her opinion as to what had to be done to make it more marketable (new paint, clean carpets, remove the wallpaper and purchase 3 new electrical fixtures) We followed the advice, used his contractor, Mario, who did a wonderful job.
