Jon was very accommodating with my situation: he was readily available via phone or text, he always scheduled property viewings as soon as I told him I was interested, and he provided video recordings of every room of a house . He was also great to work with as a first-time buyer: he is knowledgeable of the Lakewood market and the details/quirks that come with the older homes, he knows the different neighborhoods, and he was able to provide me details and guidance which are appropriate when searching for an investment property. I intend to purchase more investment properties in the future, and Jon will definitely be my agent when that time comes.

Probably sent him 100 places I found that were under contract but he always made sure right away and was always responsive and ready to go for the houses that werent.
