ZillowVERIFIED Jon and his assistant Sheila did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. Their local knowledge in Parkland and the broader Broward area was tremendously helpful in marketing and selling our home. Jon mapped our home in 3D so buyers could walk through our home virtually online. Jon and Sheila were very attentive, and knowledgeable, and have a broad network of people to call for all parts of the process. They are wonderful people and have my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated to Tampa from Coral Springs, Florida, in March of 2021. After researching reviews, BBB, and other sources, we decided to engage the Jon Klein Real Estate RE/MAX 1st Choice agency, to facilitate the sale of our home in South Florida. It took us several weeks to initialize the selling process and during that time, no pressure wasplaced upon us. It was clear that Jon and his assistant, Sheila were respectful of the process. When we decided to move forward, both Jon and Sheila conducted themselves professionally, listened to our concerns and questions, and promptly got back to us.From that point on, everything went smoothly. The sign to sell was put up, the pictures taken (aerials and 3D renderings were included), and appointments to see the house moved forward. We cant measure how many times this agency helped us through our move to Tampa, prior to selling our South Florida house, watching over the house for us.We had a contract to sell within three days and all proceeded without any hitches through closing. We appreciate all that Jon and Sheila did for us through this difficult and emotional experience. We highly recommend their services if you are selling or purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon and Sheila (his assistant) work very effectively as a team. They put the homeowner as their number one priority. They explain the process from listing the property to the sale of the property. With COVID making everything more challenging, they stepped up to the plate to ensure that my familys health was a top priority as well. A great team.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon Klein and his assistant Sheila make an amazing team. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can from suggestions on how to stage the house, recommendations on contractors to use, and favors such as letting our cleaning lady in and out so we could get on the road a day early. He even contacted his daughters friend to give us advice on the new area we were moving too. They are both very knowledgable and honest, which is HUGE in South Florida:) I would highly recommend Jon if you are looking for a realtor who makes the whole process easy and who knows how to really work hard to make his client's happy!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jon Klein to sell our house in Parkland Isles. He worked very hard for us. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable about the market in Parkland. He worked with us from the beginning to make sure our house was ready to put on the market. Jon really went above and beyond, taking the time to be at our house at every showing, even when the potential buyers were represented by other realtors. His expertise and years of experience were apparent, always available to answer our many questions throughout the entire process and to help us make important decisions during the negotiation and sale of our house. Jon Klein truly is top notch, and we highly recommend working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED I strongly recommend Jon Klein. Because of job change, I had to relocate to different state. I began to notice that Jon had most listing for sale signs in our community, so I called him and he came to my house very soon discussing the market and the process with me. Soon after I selected him as my listing agent, I moved to Texas. Before he took professional photos and put it on market, I got an offer, after back and forth negotiation, the contract was signed. After a littler more than a month, my house was closed smoothly. During the whole process, I was out state.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon Klein was amazing to work with. He gave us a realistic assessment of what our house should sell for. He recommended a stager that literally had our house looking like a model in 4 days! He put together a video that highlighted all the beautiful unique features of our house. Along with the help of his wonderful assistant Sheila our house sold very fast. We were able to close quickly at a price that my husband and I were pleased with. The whole process was seamless. Jon then helped us find our new house that we totally love! Once again he helped us through the whole process. He went above and beyond and guided us every step of the way. I highly recommend Jon Klein along with his professional team of experts!
