ZillowVERIFIED I searched very hard for a realtor that could help with the sale of my sisters property when she went into assisted living. Jon helped immensely. He helped work through some legal issues with the title and a right of first refusal and got that sale to go through even with a complicated sale. Very impressed. He helped with finding movers and cleaners to get the property in shape for the sale. Was completely honest and up front with expectations and the realities of what the sale would encompass and where the issues may be. All and all I do not think I could have worked with a better realtor

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Jon! Initially we just asked for help selling our house, but those plans changed quickly as Jon was able to help us sell and buy all in the same day. Our experience selling our home was great, Jon was there every step of the way and he helped us negotiate the best price to the right buyer. We also asked him to help us find a new home, and he got us into showings quickly and was able to answer all our questions about each property. We found a place we loved and Jon made sure we could move into the new house on the same day we sold our old house. He had to work quickly with our mortgage team, and he answered all their questions and supplied them with all the documents to ensure a quick turn around time.Every part of working with Jon was easy, pleasant and efficient. He started as our realtor but now we consider him a friend. Highly, highly, recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon at Maineland Real Estate sold me my second home in May of 2020 with finesse. I told Jon what I wanted in a new home and he helped me find exactly that! He assisted and guided me through selling my old home and buying my new.. He consistently advocated and supported me throughout both transactions, which was done with ease. My house went under contract in 5 days, he assisted me in finding me my dream home in under 21 days and we closed on both the same day. He is consistent, efficient and was available 24/7 for me during both transactions, day and night to answer any question I had. During such uncertainty and pressing times I had consistent trust in Jon that he would "get this done", as he says. During the Novel Covid pandemic and in an ever changing real estate market Jon did not skip a beat in finding me exactly what I wanted and needed in a home. I would recommend Jon to every single one of my friends and family and will use him again in my next transaction. Thanks Jon!

ZillowVERIFIED Jon worked with us to find the perfect home. He stuck with us, patiently showing a number of houses with the goal that we would find "our perfect" home - he share great feedback, pros & cons, neighborhood info, even projection into cost of changes we might want. Jon Howard was a great guide into the Portland area, we found our home in Scarborough with quick access to the Pine Point Beach and a few minutes to downtown Portland -- Jon was great to work with, knew areas and real estate, investment potential and bidding/closing process - no surprises - I would recommend him with high praise...he is a great realtor and nice guy

ZillowVERIFIED Great photos posted aEUR" house under contract in 48 hours and closed smoothly. Jon went above and beyond...we were out of town during the inspection period, so Jon scheduled repair companies for us and saw to a couple of things that needed fixing in our stead. That was SO awesome. Also the amount of communication was perfect... always answered the phone and kept us up to speed, without bugging us all the time with needless information. Thanks Jon!

ZillowVERIFIED Words can not express how amazing Jon Howard was in helping us find our dream home. He's available at all hours to ask and answer questions, file paperwork, and lend a helping hand. He's always professional, but makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He made the process as stressfree as possible, and we always knew what good hands we were in. I would without a doubt recommend him to all looking to buy or sell, because they truly do not come any better then Jon Howard.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the selling process. He was acutely aware of the critical features that attract prospective buyers. He was also sensitive to our attachment that we had developed to our home of 26 years. John was enmeshed and involved with each phase of the transaction from inspector and appraisers and finally to loan officers and title companies. I know a lot of Realtors, but I can honestly say Jon Howard ranks among the very best.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon was super personable, and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind 100%. He's extremely trustworthy and was able to help me find the perfect house for me. I'm a first time home-buyer with absolutely no previous knowledge about real estate. Jon was great at explaining the whole process of home searching, putting in an offer, making negotiations, and closing to me, always making sure I knew what was happening. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a house!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want an agent who is customer focused, has excellent negotiation, skills, and strong market awareness, then Jon Howard is the realtor for you. My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Jon when we sold our old home and bought a new home this past spring. Jon coached us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable with every decision we made. Jon was very personable and enjoyed teaching us throughout the selling and buying processes. That gave us confidence with all the major decisions we made. Another quality Jon has, is his commitment to being available and responsive. Actually, I don't think I have ever heard Jon's voicemail at all. I highly recommend Jon to anyone looking the buy or sell their house. Jon is a highly qualified and dedicated agent who met and surpassed all our expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon was great! Right from the start he was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. As a young single woman he empowered me to stay positive throughout the searching and home buying process until I found the perfect house. We closed today and I couldn't be happier. I'm in my dream home and Jon was there the whole time listening and advocating for me and what I wanted. I already suggested one of my friends work with him and she's closing in 2 weeks!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Jon at a listing when I wanted to get my toes in the water of real estate. He was one of the few people to take an impending college grad seriously. Jon was always available for questions and showings. Easy to talk to and very professional. When the right house came he got me through the week long negotiation process (and at the price I wanted!) I've already recommended him to people. Thank you Jon for getting me to my home sweet home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan showed me a house on Frye Island. He responded very quickly to my internet request and made arrangements to meet me on my time line. Due to circumstances beyond Jonathan's control the deal did not close, but should another opportunity on Frye Island present itself, I would contact Jonathan first for assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Jon understood exactly what I was looking for, where I was looking, and the price range I was set on. This was my 3rd agent after the first 2 didn't seem to respect where I wanted to live as the market at the time had few options available in the location I was searching in -- this wasn't a problem for Jon. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.
