ZillowVERIFIEDPersonable and aggressive. He went after everything we asked for and got it. Nearly everytime there was a hangup in negotiations he was already coming up with a secondary and tertiary plan to make it all work. You can tell the military taught him well. We were his mission and he wqs squared away from the beginning. Alhough i felt he shouldnt have, he helped us work the deal while on vacation! This man has commitment!!! He knew that dealing with a VA loan while transitioning out of the military would have hang ups in the process and we would miss our time frame. He recommended local mortgage companies because the know the town and people better. He set a bar very high for real estate agents!!

ZillowVERIFIED Best agent you could ask for, helps not only with the transaction in question, but he physically helped me with repairs, painting, logistics, moving, and he went way above the call of duty. He helped me move things, clean up the yard, paint multiple rooms, and was always there to give advice. He attended quite a few open houses and when offers came in he was very knowledgeable about how to respond. During negotiations and communications with the buyers, he was always on point, always available and gave me excellent advice and help throughout the process. Ive never seen an agent take such a hands on approach to getting a sale done. Hes knowledgeable about the market and values, but also about getting repairs and painting done to make the home in top condition for a sale. Highest recommendation possible for this guy!
