ZillowVERIFIED When I put my house up for sale, I was determined to sell by owner. The home I wanted to buy was a little more than I thought I could afford and I needed every dollar from my house sale possible.I also had a very tight timeline to sell so that I could buy the home I fell in love with. It was New Years Eve day...I was freaking out inside wondering how am I going to sell my house by Feb 28?! I knew what I needed to sell it for, in order for it to be enough to put down on my new home. But the thought of advertising my home, then showing it, and setting up inspections, hiring a painter, a repairman, and then the paperwork on top of everything if a buyer was found, plus my full time job that I hold outside my home ... I started to doubt my ability to handle this home selling task on my own. I spoke to a few realtors on the phone in the first week. They saw my "For sale by owner" home on Zillow. I thanked them but declined any help...until Jon called me. I liked his style, his pleasant manner and professionalism. He had a non-aggressive approach, asked me some important questions, and I observed an honesty about him that led me to take him up on his offer to assist me. His knowledge and willingness to help me came right at the exact time I was thinking maybe I made a mistake putting that down payment down on that beautiful home I found and fell in love with. I remember when I answered my phone, that last day in 2017, Dec. 31st, as I drove to Publix. I spoke to Jon, and as I pulled into the store parking lot, I parked and sat there and told him what I was trying to accomplish. He was a true blessing to me. After we discussed my home in some detail, Jon gave me some confidence that my home could be sold in less than 60 days. It would be tight but not impossible, with the current market we were selling in. I invited him to see my home and let him further evaluate the potential, and confirm with me that what I was after, was indeed possible. He came out to my house and looked it over, and was very kind. I asked him what he thought and he gave me a few pointers and asked me what I planned to do, agreeing with what work I wanted to get done and how soon i could finish it. We signed a contract. He explained it thoroughly, answered honestly every one of my questions and afterward when parting, he told me he and his wife were having a baby at any time! And they did! That night! He is dedicated, I wanted to be sure to make that point. Jon is the best realtor a person could have! His availability was excellent, communication excellent! Keeping me informed of what was happening at each stage of my selling endeavor and low and behold, I kid you not - he sold my house on day one of the showing, told me that the first offers are generally the best, (at my resistance to sell to the 1st person that walked into my home) let me continue to show awhile longer to take back up offers, and he was right! We took the 1st offer, and I got what I needed to buy my new home, which by the way was two weeks sooner than my deadline! And it went as smooth as butter! It was so effortless on my part, thanks to Jon, Rachel and his office staff. They kept me posted each step of the way through inspections, title work, every thing that I needed to submit to them, and what to do after my inspection report was submitted to him. I had some things to fix, and get back to him. But they were clear and concise, with a reassuring tone, pure confidence, and friendliness. So! I moved into my new home and I owe many thanks for this 'dream" of mine that become a reality, to Jon Carroll. I will refer him to everyone I meet, who asks for a realtor reference. Thank YOU Jon!

ZillowVERIFIED What's more fun than shopping for a new car or searching for a new home?? Hmmm....maybe childbirth or a hernia operation! But, to make this house-hunting trip a great experience, I was fortunate to find Rachael as my realtor! I visited from Colorado on my second house-hunting trip to this area, thinking I was totally prepared to find and purchase a home in Florida. I thought I had lodging and transportation set up, had made all the financial arrangements, and had provided my realtor with the criteria I was looking for in a new home. Best laid plans.......lol. Started working with Rachael and found out my cell phone didn't work well in Florida, so I only received voicemails/text when I was close to a cell tower! But Rachael "put up with" this issue and found ways to keep in touch. Then when I needed to wire money from my financial institution in Colorado I found they wouldn't do the transfer unless I made the request in person. Again, Rachael helped me work around the issue by setting up an account with a Partner Credit Union in the local area.I can't say enough good things about the help and guidance she provided me during this endeavor! She is a great person as well as a knowledgeable and talented realtor. I was looking for a home for myself, but needed the "female input" to make me think about some issues I probably would have overlooked on my own.....the female view, such as color scheme, kitchen set up, etc! She graciously offered to provide that input, making me think about some things I probably wouldn't have considered on my own. I could go on and on about the great experience I had, but all that needs to be said is that she and her office would be my first choice if needed again......and the Carroll Team would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a qualified and professional Realty Team!!
